Tonight I did what I used to do when my own server was up and running quite a lot, and that was search on Google for sites that were linking to me.
You can just put site: [sitename] into Google or many other search engines search box and it will return a list of sites that mention the site you have listed.
So I did a search for site: darkpolitricks.com and had a peruse at my leisure to see what BS had been written about me.
Of course I am a Russian Agent that pushes evil ex-commie propaganda on you all, that seems like a given from some of the sites I looked at. It must be due to me not pushing the “lets have a war with Russia”neo-con/neo-liberal line that seems to wash over much of the US governing elite at the moment.
Hey I admit it. I don’t want to burn to a crisp in a nuclear holocaust. I do apologise to any blogger out there that thinks I have a pro-Russian bias.I just don’t believe Russia wants a nuclear war, and think your very stupid if you do want one.
Then I came across this site https://getmxt.com/facebook-fake-news-listthat talks about a Facebook Plugin designed to warn users if they click on a link taking them to one of 559 websites. It is a 3 year old article but then again my Facebook page for this site has been removed and I have had social media sites and communities removed in the blink of an eye without any consultation before so who knows what the kind Samaritan who apparently complied the list thinks of me.It seems that this good egg who compiled the list is one, Melissa Zimdars, an assistant professor of Communication and Media at Merrimack College. It is none other than she, that and I quote“compiled a list of the most egregious offenders”.
Well I feel honoured to be considered Melissa. It seems I am worthy enough to be upon this list along with such evil doers as the Drudge Report, Russia Today, and of course the rabid, evil views from Antiwar.com.
It does say my site has a “(classification pending)” next to it, so maybe in the eyes of this author I am still to be labelled and put in a nice box for the authorities. However I also found this list of raw site URLs https://raw.githubusercontent.com/BigMcLargeHuge/opensources/master/sources/sources.csv which had me labelled down for “bias” and “conspiracy”. Well I don’t know what my bias is, but if it’s that I am against a 3rd nuclear war, hate fake current and historical narratives and I’m not a “co-incidence theorist” then yes those labels are correct.
It seems this core list has been copied, and amended in some cases across numerous blogs claiming to have a list of “fake news sites”, or “sites to be careful reading”, whatever that means. If it’s that you might find an alternative and possibly more correct view of an event than those spouted by the mainstream media outlets then yes.
I did find it amusing on the site to find under the category “State Run” just the two sites from the countries the US is currently pushing its propaganda for war with, Russia Today and Iran’s Press TV.What I want to know is where was the BBC?
You cannot get a more state run organisation than the BBC, a news broadcaster that has the backing of the government in forcing all live TV viewers to fork out over £150 per year to pay for a licence fee that funds the BBC’s reporting.
Therefore it is something I expect, to be labelled a conspiracy theorist just because I don’t believe in physics that says an aluminium plane cannot fly at 550mph just inches above the ground and punch it’s way through 3 rings of re-enforced concrete as supposedly happened at the Pentagon on 9.11.
Oh and you must call me anti-Semitic for daring report what many US news stations did on the day of 9.11 about the “dancing Israelis”, flicking lighters and positioned where no-one else would know to be, filming the first plane hit the Twin Towers. Known Mossad agents who were released by the FBI without charge and went onto an Israeli TV show to claim that they were, “just documenting the event”.
And I must be a “hate speech” site for daring to talk about how Israel is assassinating hundreds of Palestinians at the fence that divides them from their old stolen homes.Or how the Mossad stole British passports to use in their assassination of a Hamas leader in Dubai, or show the YouTube video recording of two IDF soldiers shooting 9 bullets into the back of an injured US citizen, Furkan Dogan, on their high seas attack on the Mavi Marmara.
Then of course I must fall into the most evil category at all as well. No-one can point out that Auschwitz itself has decreased the number of people that died within it’s rebuilt walls from 6 million down to under a millionwithout being a blatant liar and holocaust denier. I guess the people running the camp, and the historians who have lowered the number from a round perfect 6 million, a number that is stated in the Torah as the number of Jews who must die before they can return to Israel, must fall into the same category as me?
So what do to if these blogs and sites are correct, and my site is on these lists to be considered so dangerous as to warn anyone visiting that it’s not a reliable source?
Well what we need is a real “Alternative News” search engine. I did attempt creating one on my old site, I basically just returned Google’s results as DuckDuckGo.com does through a proxy server to remove all the trackers, and then I had a list of sites such as the BBC, MSBC, CNN and other “authoritative news sources” that I removed from the results.However that server is not running anymore and I doubt anyone out there is going to create a real #altnews search engine. Therefore I am going to do the next best thing.
You might have noticed at the top of the site a new search box. It’s not finished yet as I haven’t had enough time to add all the sites I want. However seeing that these people are so desperate to not allow others to see content from this and other sites, and they have been so considerate to compile a list of sites so dangerous to visit. I think I will try to add this list, or as much of it as I can, to this search box and create a way for people to search purely alternative news sites.
They made me a nice list so it would be very rude not to make use of it. I just need some time to play around with the various search engine filters out there and hopefully you can bypass the BBC, CNN and all the pro-war establishment and conformative historical sites the compilers of this list don’t want you to view. It might just help people get to the points of view that big brother and the establishment don’t want you to hear.
I can only try, seeing that I might soon wash down Google and Facebook’s, dirty sink plug, to the dark web not accessible by most search engines. Have a go, search for some of your favourite topics and see what the results are like.
Also if you have an ideas of sites or blogs not on this “blacklist” please let me know in the comments section and I will have a look and maybe add them to the search engine.
Why the Grenfell Tower Blaze stands as a monument to Tory austerity measures

I am writing this one handed as I currently have a broken right arm which really makes it hard to blog at the moment, however after another sleepless night of watching YouTube I thought it necessary to at least post some of my views on the austerity measures that have been inflicted on the poor people of the UK.
Whilst our Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn gets attacked daily in the mainstream news like Bernie Sanders has been in the US, at least with his progressive agenda that many people thought would wipe the party out, he actually increased Labour’s vote in the recent unnecessary general election. The Democrats seem happy to have a Republican in power than a progressive politician at any cost.
Our Prime Minister Theresa May has fought her last election and will probably be gone soon. However the performance of Labour showed us how many people are crying out out for more progressive policies and have had enough of the Toriesausterity measures which have cut disability benefits to people who need them, increased rent on social housing if you had a spare room and cut funding for many local authorities which has seen the closure of police stations (two in two towns near me), plus much much more.
Instead of boosting her power before BREXIT negotiations it has weakened them as she has gone from a majority government to a minority government propped up by the terrorist linked UDP. This is a party who are linked to the UDA terrorists in Northern Ireland.
The UDA is a violent loyalist paramilitary group, which is still active today. Just weeks ago, it murdered a man in broad daylight in Northern Ireland – he was shot dead in a Sainsbury’s car park in front of horrified shoppers and his three-year-old son.
People in the UK are slowly realising that a Corbyn Labour government would not be as bad as the Blairite’s and MSM would have you think and when he explains his policies they are not so crazy after all.
You van see this at any Corbyn rally which sees huge crowds of people turn out, just like Sanders in the USA, and his compassion after the recent Grenfell Tower Block fire which killed 79 people.

Whilst Jeremy Corbyn was walking with the victims and bereaved people from the local community. The Prime Minister Theresa May was being booed and shouted at by a held back police line as she refused to meet residents and victims and had to be protected by police from the local community who shouted “coward” at her.

Personally I think this stands as a monument to the Toryausterity measures which had including “Cutting Red Tape”. In this instance it meant that no sprinklers were on each floor and no fire extinguishers. Instead the local government decided to plaster the building in flammable cladding around the tower block to make it look “nicer” to the more affluent residents of the borough who can afford the extortionate prices of housing in the area.
Whilst rich Chinese and Russians buy up huge swathes of London housing pushing up prices and closing local communities whose local shops now have no customers due to the purchasing of these properties as a way of tax avoidance rather than being used as actual homes. The people of London have no choice but to move out of the areas their families have lived in for years to more cheaper areas, making it more costly to travel in to work each morning.
People such as nurses, carers, police, firemen, and many other important jobs that are needed for running London should not have to travel miles into the city due to foreigners buying up extremely expensive apartments and houses that kill local communities. Instead they should be given a government discount on any home they wish to buy to keep them in the city.
If I had my way there would be a law that if you did not live in your property for at least half of the year then it becomes a “usable government asset“, one in which homeless people from Grenfell could go and stay in whilst waiting to be re-housed.
Why should we let London become a home purely for the rich and overseas businessmen to “stash their cash” by buying up housing.
There is not enough new houses being built in the UK and especially in London.
We used to have council estates but Thatcher sold many of the homes off which was good in some situations but not in others, as the people who couldn’t afford private ownership or rent had a dwindling supply of homes to live in as they were not being replaced.
We now have housing associations which mean many areas are filled with a mixture of private and council owned owned housing. This means that the rich live next door to the poor and we have a more integrated living arrangement. The problem is the people building new flats and homes want to sell them for high prices which the council cannot afford.
In some boroughs there is no housing available, even if you are homeless. You are given a list of private landlords who will take Housing Benefit cheques from the government. Guaranteed money and usually guaranteed dumps to live in.
Many of their homes are run down and need fixing, yet they let people who they know won’t complain too much due to being scared of eviction, with guaranteed housing benefit cheques from the government. Many of these landlords will take out a mortgage, buy a block of flats or a house, turn it all into bedsits with shared bathrooms and kitchens and then rent it purely to people on state benefits. The mortgage is paid off in a year or less due to it being guaranteed rent money and few complaints about leaky taps and the landlord gets to live in a nice big mansion.
So housing is big problem in one of the most over crowded countries on the planet and the Tories only seem interested in allowing foreign investors to ruin communities by buying property as assets and not using them as homes, plus building private housing where a one bedroom flat could be as much as £300k+.
I’m not kidding some private flats and houses just went up near me and in the space where there used to be a few houses with big gardens they have managed to squash in dozens of houses and flats with walls so thin you could probably hear rows three flats away. I was given a brochure for this new housing area which stated I too could own a new two bedroom house for as little as £350,000!
Personally I think the burned out shell of Grenfell Tower should stand as a reminder to what austerity does to normal people due to the burden of the banking crisis being placed on the backs of the poor instead of the Banksters who caused it.

In the UK we are now living in George Orwell’s prophetic 1984.
This was the futuristic tale written by the author in 1949 by George Orwell after the 2nd world war.
In the book, he imagined a world constantly at war, enemies to the North, South, East and West, millions of people working for the state apparatus, and a million people dying daily fighting on the front line.
The “Ministry of Truth” where old news stories were carefully amended to show an altered vision of history as alliances change and battles won. Oh and of course the thousands of spies and traitors who had to be weeded out by Big Brother and his double agents.
The book does remind me strongly of the present day.
Alliances swap and change so often, people you were told were eating babies yesterday and fighting tooth and nail against you are now your allies, standing shoulder to shoulder fighting alongside you on the front line against what are probably tomorrow’s allies.
Propaganda is news to be believed as it comes straight from the word of the Great Leader or the State in our case.
Of course any dissidents who try and provide actual facts or a non biased point of view on any conflict are labelled traitors, conspiracy theorists and jailed for long sentences if not silently killed.
A more subtle way in this age of information technology where a GPS chip in your arm, or more precisely your phone, tracks all your movements for the state our #altnews internet sites are taken down or dropped in the Google rankings after sitting at the top for years. Bureaucrats decide what is “fake news” and “real news” and then warn potential readers they may be entering a free thinking zone.
One day an ally in a war is to be against all forms of torture, killing of innocents and despises religious fundamentalism, child killers and suicide bombs. Just like the Syrian Free Army, who werea non jihadist, anti Assad force. The next thing you know they sold all the arms and equipment we had given them to ISIS , ransomed off American journalists to ISIS to be beheaded for cash and prayed to allah as they machine gunned down captors in the street or cut open their victims chests before eating their hearts and lungs.
Alliances change like snowflakes in the wind it seems and the globalist don’t give a shit who they are working with as long as it meets their objective.
We have even got to the stage where al-Qaeda our “mortal enemy” (2 men in a cave), are sometimes on our side. Using pseudo names like al-Nusra Front they are labelled as anti Assad fighters and not jihadists. I’d like to see the command and control structure in that office.
Of course who dies, which states crumble and how many millions of migrants enter Europe to carry out ISIS attacks on Paris night clubs doesn’t matter to the powers that be.

Then they finish the night off with a nice “pizza” as they discuss the next destabilisation plan on the table.
Then as politics and the war changes, the idea to be at perpetual war to keep the citizens at home and frightened (sound familiar), the alliances change so that in the hall of records this previous alliance is airbrushed out of history and the strength of unity and purpose that our new alliance brings is fully documented.

If you have a built in Web Cam for Skype or games just beware it’s two way. If you can use it, so can the police and MI5/6 use it to watch you, and with the new Snooper Charter Lawthey don’t even need a warrant. So when you send that next sex text to you baby mama just be on notice the local drug squad could all be having a giggle.

Encrypt your phone in the settings with a long upper and lower case passwords only you know.
Use patterns to access all your favourite apps. 4 digit pins are easily breakable in 5 mins but a pattern you have got wrong a hundred times before is a lot harder.
Turn your location off. Why do you need to see where you drove around for the last week or so or what time you stopped at the local McDonalds. Not very interesting but it just might be for people watching you.
Use Anti Virus tools on your phone. MalwareBytes is free and good for both PC and phone. Clean Master is also good and CM Security allows you to add patterns/pin codes/finger prints to open apps and files if you phone doesn’t have it built in.
Don’t use the default Text or Phone app you get on your phone. All these calls and messages will be saved at Vodafone HQ for a year or more in case the cops come calling. Just deleting them off your phone does nothing as they are still on your phone providers servers.
Install Telegram , Viber or if you must Wickr . A BT Sim only plan will get you on the internet in most place so you can video call Japan – encrypted – all without using up your minutes. Same goes for texts. Telegram / Wickr allow you to delete your texts after X days/weeks/months with a self destruct option that if you don’t use your app within X days or so it will delete the whole account.
So if your phone goes “missing” you can be safe knowing as they are dictionary cracking your passwordsock them out after 3 failed goes and attempting patterns that will l your texts will get deleted.
Also BT uses DCHP which means everytime I go on the web I get a new IP address this pisses me off no end as I need to add it into my firewall to SFTP or stop myself being blocked out my own site.
However it also means it makes it a lot harder over historical period to see what you were up to when they cannot trace the IP address to you especially when you went through a number of proxies.
That is of course unless you have already been hacked and all your history lies at GCHQ – the great hall of records, history, fake history and “we are all doing this for your own protection”.
So just use masking tape over your phones camera or webcam if you are not planning on using it and the same goes for your microphone.
Sometimes the best ways are the oldest. And if your really paranoid, which you should be as no-one, no matter what gibberish they spout has “nothing to hide, nothing to fear” – it’s about liberty and not living in a police state where anyone in a uniform can “demand your papers”. If you are really going off the grid then you should learn how to use pigeons to send messages up and down the country like the olden times of yore.
So what is it with all these shifting alliances, especially with the most barbaric country in the world, and biggest fund raiser of terrorism, Saudi Arabia.
Well we are doing it to keep one of the few UK industries that is actually not running offshore after BREXIT, the arms industry, booming.
By selling weapons to Saudi Arabia and Qatar who then use them to kill kids in Yemen and then allow them to pass on the equipment and supply them to ISIS to fight themselves – convoluted I know but apparently despite funding and arming ISIS like Turkey they are also in an alliance to destroy them.
This anti ISIS alliance means nothing of course and history like Orwell predicted will be rewritten, but the amount of US/UK arms being found in overrun ISIS positions just shows our duplicity and complicity in the whole nefarious debacle.

Responding to the latest reports from Calais, Labour’s Shadow Immigration Minister David Hanson MP said:
The Government seriously need to get a grip on this situation. A series of panicky announcements on policies that were planned before this crisis emerged just won’t cut it. Telling landlords to act as a second tier border force and removing support from asylum seekers already in our country will not stop so many desperate people putting themselves and others in danger to get across the border.
This needs a careful and considered international response. The government should be focused on leading pan-European efforts to stop people crossing the Mediterranean, then making their way to Britain’s borders, instead of using a series of re-announcements as a distraction.
However the The European Commission has appealed to Britain to show “solidarity” and take more migrants under Jean Claude-Juncker’s controversial quota scheme. Mina Andreeva, Juncker’s spokesman, said the situation in Calais has “deteriorated” and co-operation between the French and the UK is welcome but she said the crisis proves that “all” EU member states need to take part in a scheme that sought to resettle 40,000 migrants across the continent to ease the pressure on Italy and Greece, which are taking the lion’s share of those arriving across the Mediterranean.
Britain (of course – seeing we created most of the mess in Africa e.g Libya) has opted out from the scheme, as is it right under the special carve-outs given to the UK and Denmark when it comes to EU justice and home affairs rules.

Henri Guaino, a lawmaker from the opposition French right-wing party Les Republicains, called on the UK to “do their share”, saying:

What happens when an illegal migrant reaches the UK?

If discovered, they are normally dealt with by police while any criminal investigation is carried out. If judged to be an immigration matter, it is passed to the Home Office.
Then what?
They are questioned about their reasons for entering the UK. If deemed to be in the UK illegally (and they do not claim asylum) they are deported
Where are they detained?
The obvious destination for those arriving from Calais is the immigration removal centre in Dover, but there are 12 centres in the UK.
What if someone claims asylum?
They are detained or granted temporary release while a decision is made.
How many are making it across the Channel?
In the five weeks from the start of June, more than 400 immigrants were found by British police hiding in vehicles or trains. As many as 148 are thought to have reached Britain on a single day in July.

And what gets me the most is that our benefit system is not exactly the best in Europe anyway. A lot of migrants flock to London where the prices are the highest and a jobseekers allowance or income support of £140 a fortnight would literally get you nowhere.
It may be a lot of money back in the migrants homeland of Sudan or Libya but over here with high fuel costs, high rent, high food and other costs it is nothing. It was nothing when I was on it – one day up the pub usually – only because I lived at home when I had just left college.
However if you look at Germany’s benefit system, there are two levels depending on whether you have been working or haven’t or have come to the end of the first section which states:
If the claimant has no children, they receive 60 percent of their previous net earnings. If caring for children under 18, this rises to 67 percent. This benefit is payable for 90 to 360 days, depending on the length of previously insured employment and age. A full year’s unemployment benefit is received if the person has worked for two calendar years or more (18 months for those aged over 55).
That means myself, who has worked for the last 10+ years without a break would get my whole years salary for the first year! That is way more than £140 * 12 (£1,680) a good few dozen times more. The more you earn, the more you get when your unemployed, this is how it should be. If you are living a more expensive lifestyle due to the amount of money your job was bringing in then you would need a lot more money to survive on wouldn’t you. Figures taken from: germany.angloinfo.com Here it’s a fixed £140 whether you were a McDonalds worker or high-flying city stock broker! Then after this first year OR if you have never worked OR worked at least one day in Germany and for at least 360 days over 3 years in your last EU country of residence you get the following.
Subsistence allowance (Arbeitslosengeld II)
This allowance is lower than ordinary unemployment benefit and is payable when the claimant cannot receive full benefit or their period of benefit has come to an end, but they are still fit to work and registered as unemployed. Whether or not a person can claim for Arbeitslosengeld II will depend on savings, spouse’s earnings and life insurance. A set amount is paid for those requiring social assistance (about €350 per month). Claimants must attend training courses, and be ready to step into any job offered them by the Arbeitsamt, even a very low paid one. Exceptions to this rule are sometimes allowed on mental, physical or psychological grounds or in cases where pay rates are deemed immorally low.
Exactly how much social assistance an individual receives depends on several factors, such as number and age of children as well as marital status.
So €350 is about £245.97 and more than two fortnights £140 however at least Germany has the logic to split their system up so that people who need more get more. How it treats migrants and asylum seekers I don’t know but for David Cameron to claim people cross deserts and seas just to claim our generous benefit system really pisses me off.
In my area if you are NFA (No Fixed Abode – Homeless) it doesn’t even put you on the priority list for housing! You have to be dying (with less than a year to live) or seriously disabled to get a place om our register. I was on it then I got kicked off after reaching enough points to bid on places saying single men should be able to look after themselves – or words to those affect.
If you are lucky enough to have already had a place to stay and are made unemployed you can claim housing benefit but this is being slashed by our caring loving Tory government. Anyway I just thought I would break it down for you about what is happening on this side of the pond regarding the masses of people trying to get into the country.

It seems that with every new government we get a new “anti terrorism” law passed, Tony Blair passed at least 2 that I can remember. They were mostly used for memorable things such as:
Freezing all Icelandic money in UK banks after the Iceland Banking crisis – something which the Icelandic people have never forgiven us for. From my recent trip to Iceland I would not be surprised to see a statue of Gordon Brown put up in Reykjavik just so that people could throw tomatoes at it.
Allowing M16 / MI5 Agents to pass questions to CIA torturers at “black site” prisons and Gitmo, who then proceeded to abuse, humiliate and injure the prisoners many of which were innocent. The ones that are not, including leaders of the now destabilised mess of a country we “liberated” called Libya, are even now trying to sue the government for their complicity in torture e.g Abdul Hakim Belhaj. This included one incident in which one British jihadi’s fingernails were ripped out after MI6 suggested that a notorious Pakistani intelligence agency detain him, and MI5 and Greater Manchester police drew up questions to be put to him.
We should always be careful when “new” terrorism laws are proposed. Especially as with the current one it is to be “fast tracked” through government.
This means no proper debate over the merits of the bill and no proper time to propose amendments and changes to the bill.
Hopefully enough libertarian/liberal-minded Labour, Lib Dem, SNP and hopefully Tory back benchers will stand up against this act of tyranny.
As I said in my last piece, the UK Tory Government, freed of the shackles of coalition with liberals, are planning on repealing the Human Rights Act. A piece of legislation brought in by Tony Blair in the 90’s but created from the European Convention on Human Rights which was drawn up by the Tory post war government to show to the world how civilised we should all be in future.
It is sad that a future Tory government is now going to remove this legislation due to a minority of cases where they have not been able to deport criminal immigrants due to their “right to a family life”.
It seems that the Tories wish that if you are born in this country and your parents are not, that if they commit a crime they can now be ripped away from you leaving you with the choice to follow them to whatever horrible war-torn country they escaped from (Libya, Somalia, Iraq, Syria, Sudan…).
The question is what level of criminality requires this response. I can understand the Government wishing to get rid of terrorists, murderers and rapists but what about non-payment of Council Tax, a crime punishable by prison, which many British born OAPs have found themselves facing? What crimes would exact this level of response, does a list even exist?
It seems we English are sticklers for the rule of law even when we don’t agree with small parts of it.
Instead of just ignoring section 8 of the Human Rights Act like France does whenever it wants to do something the EU prohibits we decide to throw the whole law away.
Instead of just declaring that the house of Commons is the supreme will of the people, and that if it votes to decide to remove someone from these shores because of a REAL terrorist crime then so be it, family or not. The problem comes with all the guff these bills include that label you and me “domestic terrorists” for speaking out against the Government, war, its foreign policy, support of Israel, or other civil rights that are being chipped away bit by bit never to return.
I have no problem if a REAL terrorist who is not a British citizen is deported at the end of his or her sentence. The problem is that the Government is proposing to throw the whole Human Rights Act away to achieve this instead of coming up with another solution.
If the House of Commons IS supposed to be the supreme will of the people because we have voted for it – try to forget the UKIP member who got 0 votes despite voting for himself for a moment, we don’t have voter fraud in Western Democracies, it’s just nasty evil countries like Russia that do things like that. Then a vote in the house should be enough to override any appeal on Human Rights grounds due to section 8. This is as long as the case has been proved beyond doubt, the convict has had his chance at appeal, and the criminal does in fact pose a threat to the country.
I am perfectly happy to see a UK Bill of Rights on TOP of, not INSTEAD of, the Human Rights Act, to achieve such aims if needed. I just don’t want to see families ripped apart over nonsensical crimes or crimes that shouldn’t even exist e.g drugs, protest, freedom of speech that goes against popular view etc.
David Cameron has gone on record to say that the belief that if you as a citizen “just followed the law you would be left alone”, is now going to be turned on its head.
That in itself is worrying Hilter-esque language that could be taken to mean anything.
Wasn’t an Englishman’s home his castle?
Were we not the creators of law as it exists in many countries through the Magna Carta, Due Process, the idea that we are all innocent until proven guilty.
What about the social contract between citizen and state that meant we plebs had our rights and the government protected them and the country as long as we paid our taxes?
As Russell Brand says in the piece below, a similar piece of legislation which the Tories are basing their own law on, was recently brought into Canada and the people were appalled by it.
It meant that:
Innocent words can be interpreted as terrorism – make of that what you will.
Speaking “recklessly” which could lead to a terrorist act being committed is a crime. So speaking out about the increasing authoritarian nature of our world on this blog could lead to a mentally disturbed reader to go and fly a plane into a skyscraper and I would spend 5 years in jail – fair?
Protesting could lead to government surveillance. So any kind of protest by Unions, Students, Occupy, or anybody against the increasing Police State be warned.
Meddling with ANY CORPORTATE INTERESTS could be interpreted as terrorism under the new UK act. So protests that prevent Vodafone from opening their doors (UKUncut beware!) or the use of Bitcoin or other electronic currencies that stopped the banks from monitoring your money could now be considered a crime.

Is that really terrorism or just the rights we should expect to enjoy as a member of a supposedly free country?
The recent “riots” in Eastern Ukraine by people who want to federalize Ukraine or let their part of the country join Russia like Crimea is just another example of the hypocrisy of the west.
Peaceful “demonstrators” just exercising their democratic right to protest by pepper spraying and even shooting Ukrainian police officers in the streets?
At that time the western nations, the IMF, EU and the axis of war (US/UK/France) were all de-crying the crackdown on “peaceful” protesters who have now been found out to be shooting from the top of buildings at both protesters AND policemen causing the tension to increase to boiling point.
We now have evidence of this from a leaked phone call between the EU Foreign Minister and the EstonianForeign Minister which suggests that the western nations KNEW that the snipers killing the innocent people in Kiev were actually from a sub-sect of the Maidan group of protesters.
The EstonianForeign Minister also recalled a conversation with a doctor who treated those shot by snipers in Kiev. She said that both protesters and police were shot at by the same people. Paet stressed:
“And second, what was quite disturbing, this same Olga [Bogomolets] told as well that all the evidence shows that the people who were killed by snipers from both sides, among policemen and then people from the streets, that they were the same snipers killing people from both sides,
Ashton’s response was “Well, yeah…that’s, that’s terrible.”, after which Paet continued:
“So that she then also showed me some photos she said that as a medical doctor, she can say that it is the same handwriting, the same type of bullets, and it’s really disturbing that now the new coalition, that they don’t want to investigate what exactly happened”.
At the end she seemed shocked by the claims but not exactly surprised.
“There is now a stronger and stronger understanding that behind the snipers, it was not Yanukovich, but it was somebody from the new coalition”, said Foreign Minister Urmas Paet to Catherine Ashton, who replied:
“I think we do want to investigate. I mean, I didn’t pick that up, that’s interesting. Gosh”.
She even says “yeah”, when he mentions this, and it seems clear that some knowledge is foreknown about a false flag coup to overthrow out the legitimate President of the country.

We are dealing with a diabolical agenda: the deaths of protesters in Maidan square triggered by Neo-Nazi elements (supported by the West) were used to break the legitimacy of a duly elected government.

The Maidan sniper killings are, in this regard reminiscent of what occurred in Syria in mid-March 2011 at the very outset of the insurgency: civilians were killed by rooftop snipers in the border city of Daraa. The resulting casualties –without further investigation– were blamed on the government of Bashar al Assad. It was subsequently confirmed by Israeli and Lebanese press reports, that the snipers were hired mercenaries.
People like Catherine Ashton and John McCain who stood in the middle of “Freedom Square” hand in hand with fascists and neo-nazis are hypocrites and liars.

The people they stood with are now in power after an illegal coup that was authorized by the west.
These are the same Senators who take money from AIPAC and other pro-Israeli groups with one hand, and shake the hands of anti-Semites with their other. All the while Jews are leaving Ukraine scared for their safety due to some of the lesser civilized members of the new power structure that was imposed by force.
This new government kicked out a legitimate leader, Viktor Yanukovych, and replaced the whole government with a number of people who are not even supposed to be allowed to work with EU countries, especially Germany under their strict anti-Nazi laws.
An example would be the ex Chechen fighter and nationalist leader Aleksandr Muzychko, who fought against Russian troops in Chechnya and recently branded his Kalashnikov gun in front of regional authorities begging them to “try to take it away from me”.
He is also on record for making openly anti-Semitic statements as are many of the far right of the “Maidan protestors” who have been caught out by leaked phone calls and evidence showing that they were the only people on top of a building one day in any position to fire into a hotel housing RT.com reporters as well as shooting policeman down below. What better way to get a populace angry with your government?
However now they have their coup, and thrown out a legitimate leader they seem to be no longer useful to the Wests milking machine e.g the IMF that wants to double gas prices, reduce benefits by half and increase taxes.
Some of these people who helped the ex President have even turned up dead like Olexander Muzychko.
Olexander Muzychko, an ultranationalist wanted for war atrocities, was recently killed by Ukrainian special forces in a sanctioned execution by Government officials.
Muzychko was put on an international wanted list on suspicion of torturing and murdering at least 20 Russian servicemen in Chechnya in the early 2000s. After surfacing in Ukraine, he was arrested in absentia by a court in southern Russia earlier this month.
The Right Sector, along with Muzychko, is a major ally of the neo-Nazi Svoboda party led by Oleh Tyahnybok, a member of the new Ukrainian government and an active promoter of the ideas of Stepan Bandera a Ukrainian who collaborated with Nazi Germany during World War II.
Good credentials! He was involved in mass atrocities in the wartime ethnic cleansing of Poles, Jews and Russians. Just the person you want to help you get into government but not stay inside too long I suspect.
Russia has described last month’s uprising in Kiev as an illegitimate fascist coup, which resulted in Moscow taking steps to protect ethnic Russians in Ukraine.
Crimea’s regional parliament has declared independence and applied to become part of the Russian Federation, a day after people in the Black Sea peninsula voted overwhelmingly to leave Ukraine in a referendum that most of the world has condemned as illegal.
However why is it illegal for Kosovo to vote to leave Serbia, a part of the country for hundreds of years or Scotland to order a referendum to leave the United Kingdom.
Could it be because the result doesn’t fit with the Wests ideas of “who” should be ruling which part of the world?
You only have to look at the first democratic election in Palestine to see the reaction when Hamas won!
A split country, in-fighting between Sunnis and Shiites, and a big distraction as the opposition fight each other instead of their real enemy.
However this “illegal” and “unsanctioned” move by a group of pro-Russians was seen and reported by the west as Russia invading Ukraine!
Forget the fact that since Ukraine gained independence the Russian Black Sea Fleet and the Navy personnel who run it have been allowed to carry arms and wear military uniform in Crimea for years.
These Russian military men were not invaders but sanctioned and legitimate troops who have been based in this new region of Russia under an agreement signed by both countries years ago.
Now the shoe is on the other foot
Pro-Russian demonstrators in the east of Ukraine are demanding their rights and protection of freedom from the new Ukrainian government who has threatened to send in specialist “anti terrorist” squads to oust these domestic extremists!
These people have taken over police stations and other government facilities and Russia has warned Ukraine not to do something stupid like send in the army and kill their own people.
Most of the demonstrators want to stay Ukrainian BUT in a Federal Union where each area could decide their own fate. They do not want to be in sock to the EU and permanent debt to the IMF,

If the pro-Russian protesters and armed militants do not leave the occupied buildings in some cities of Ukraine, the illegal government other-thrown by a pro EU mob has threatened a full-scale anti-terrorist operation.
So far the deadlines have passed and no Ukrainan forces have been deployed – thank God!
But what would happen if Ukraine DID send in their troops?
Well I guess the following:
Lots of unarmed pro-Russian demonstrators will be killed. They will be labelled by the Western media as terrorists and domestic extremists trying to remove any sympathy from them.
The western mouthpieces would spew out their propaganda about this being a fight for freedom and liberty and the rule of law – totally forgetting they supported an illegal coup just months ago,
Russia would invade the Ukraine like they did in South Ossetia and Abkhazia in Georgia in 2008 to “protect” their “Russian speaking” people who consider themselves by all means “Russian”.
NATO would do Fuck All but make loud noises and try to pass resolutions in the UN which will be blocked by Russia and China (at least) in the Security Council.
If a sensible resolution was put down that let the people of the Ukraine decide for themselves whether they wanted to be run by an illegal government, a newly elected Federal government with a new constitution or split the country in two then that would make sense and let the people of the country decide their fate.
In the event that the latter option is taken the western part of Ukraine will suffer the austerity policies the IMF and EU has already imposed on Greece, they would see unemployment soar, taxes rise and most importantly have their gas turned off due to unpaid bills to Russia.
What does Ukraine offer the west? Nothing really but land near the Russian border. Land that was called the “bread basket of the west” and if managed properly it could feed the world ten times over. Russia would have to invade the Eastern part of Ukraine to prevent a NATO county on its doorstep, something which was promised by Reagan to never happen if the Soviet Union fell.
We in Europe would probably impose sanctions on Russia which would in the end back fire on us. We would have our own gas pipelines that bypass Ukraine cut off and Russia would just sell it on to China, India and other countries with high demand and lots of cash.
If we did actually go to a “hot” war we would probably end up nuclear and say goodbye to the world. No one wants that but a war can start over any little misjudgment. If you don’t know the story UK pop singe James Blunt, whilst a soldier in Kosovo, was ordered to “destroy” and “attack” the Russian forces that had entered the country and taken over an airfield by General Wesley Clark. Thankfully British soldiers have some brains and think nuclear war is a bad idea and James Blunt refused the order. Luckily he was backed up British Gen Sir Mike Jackson, who said: “I’m not going to have my soldiers be responsible for starting World War III.”
After a hot war starts who knows what would happen but by guess is we would back down like pussies and rightly so, letting Russia take control over areas of Ukraine who have always wanted to be Russian and not Nazi collaborators.
So can you see the hypocrisy here?
We allow an elected President to be forced out of power by an armed fascist and nationalist filled group of people. Some of whom have already been knocked off as they are no longer useful to the cause.
We then declare this victory as some kind of sign that people power works. Yet when the Eastern Ukrainians do exactly the same thing in support of Russia we call them terrorists, domestic extremists and Russian soldiers in disguise trying to stir up trouble. As of yet I haven’t seen any photos of Putin or his deputies in Eastern Ukraine standing on boxes with arms in the air urging the people on like John McCain did in Kievb.
However none of that matters. Putin is the great baddie of this play and he will always be portrayed as such if you get your news from the BBC, FOX, MSNBC or CNN. I am not for one minute saying RT.com is unbiased in its reporting but it is worth getting an alternative view on events before making your mind up.
Just don’t believe talking twats like Bill O’Reilly or Sean Hannity for your own view-point. Have a read of RT.com and get some opposing views.

Can you imagine if Russian politicians turned up in Washington or London and stood with the BNP or Klu Klux Klan and demanded that the constitutionally elected President of the country stood down so that ultra nationalist thugs could take their place?

If the US can pinch the noses of peaceful students sitting on the ground to spray pepper spray down their throats, then can can you imagine the response of US police if protesters sprayed pepper spray at THEM, or battered them as they are doing in the Ukraine by Occupy or Tea Party protesters?
He banned protests and allowed policemen to kill many of the protesters. However the people who the west is trying to put into power so that they can milk their assets and drain them through IMF loans are no better.
This whole scheme has been devised to split Ukraine from Russia who would offer them a much better deal than the EU is offering and get them into the western sphere of influence and most importantly NATO.
This was something that the USA explicitly stated would NOT happen when Gorbachev and Reagan had their meetings and the Soviet Union split up.
The west promised not to encroach on Russian areas of influence but this has blatantly been broken as the USA realised they were the only super power and believed they could do as they pleased despite previous agreements.
First Georgia became a US proxy after a “colour” revolution, and with US/Israeli help tested the Russian military when they killed peace keepers and bombed the breakaway territory of South Ossetia during the start of the Chinese Olympics in 2008. However Russia proved the west wrong and humiliated them in this illegal war and now half of South Ossetia is under Russian control.
The West then moved into the southern states of Russia, building air bases, using their proxy Islamic terrorists to stir up trouble and then invading Afghanistan to get even more air bases, surrounding Russia, plus the plan of an oil pipeline to rival the Russian one bringing gas and oil to Europe and ports in the south.
It just amazes me that people like Catherine Ashton (EU) and John McCain, who are against nationalism at home are prepared to enter a sovereign country, talk to neo-nazis (people they would never talk to at home), and stir up trouble in a country they have no business being in.
If I was Putin, I would invade Ukraine right now, at least the eastern half and Crimea who wants to stay connected to Russia, and then see what balls the NATO agitators really have.
I cannot believe the US or Europe want to cause shit with Russia when they need their help with Syria and Iran so I doubt they would do anything if that happened apart from make loud noises and thump their chests.
However Putin can see his country being surrounded by the west (NATO) and from a historical perspective (watch Oliver Stones untold history of the United States) if you want some context. The Russians are paranoid to the extreme about being invaded due to being attacked so many times in the past.
Remember whilst the UK and US lost less than a million men in World War II, Russia lost over 20 million! Whatever you are taught in school about World War II, the US/UK did not win the war in Europe, Russia did. They beat us to Berlin and they destroyed the majority of the German army.
Also they were invaded by the Germans twice in the 20th century (World War I and II) and before that by Napoleon.
There is a saying in Russia, “give a German a gun and before long they will turn it at Russia”. If you don’t know your history then you should note that when Germany invaded the Ukraine in WWII, many Ukrainians treated them as liberators and even joined their ranks to fight the Soviets.
Therefore the neo-nazi element in the Ukraine has been around for a long time and Russia has a right to fear it.
If the west is so keen to allow neo-nazis to take power in a state that they want to join NATO and the EU then we must ask ourselves, are we becoming a fascist empire or do we just have no morals when it comes to taking over countries by any means necessary.

Why Do The Icelandic People Hate Gordon Brown So Much?

If you follow me on twitter at @darkpolitricks you will know I have just had a few days in Iceland. It was on my bucket list of things to do before I die and I had some cash so why not. I just wish I brought a video camera or better camera as the amount of rants I heard from taxi drivers about Gordon Browns actions during the Icelandic banking collapse could have filled 60+ minutes.
I had to get taxis as standing around in minus 10C waiting for a bus that will most likely drive past you isn’t much fun. However I am glad I did. Not only was every single taxi driver able to speak perfect English but they are on the ball when it comes to politics, international relations and how the world really works.
If you don’t know, Iceland kept the Brits alive during World War II by sending over fish for us to eat whilst all our trans Atlantic ships were being destroyed by German U-Boats. A little known fact is that per capita, Iceland lost the most people in the war, more than Russia, more than the Jews and more than the USA and UK combined. They only have a population of 320,000 (now), so a lot less back then, so you can see how many a few thousand people’s deaths would compare to the total population.
Iceland suffered their economic crisis between October 2008 and the 31 August 2011, which was the day where the international bailout support programme led by the IMF officially ended.
The economic crisis revolved around a few Icelandic banks which were offering stupidly high rates of interest which attracted many foreign investors including many UK local authorities. Our dear leader of the time, Gordon Brown, had told them to invest their money in the highest paying interest accounts they could find. The Icelandic banks were offering high rates and were thus used by many.
The problem was that these rates of interest were totally unrealistic and there was no security for screw ups. In the UK we get up to £85,000 protected if the bank goes bust. So the Government bails small account holders out up to that sum. However Iceland failed to do this for foreign investors and it sent Brown and co fuming.
Every taxi driver I spoke to said that anyone with half a brain cell could see these banks high interest schemes would fail in the end and they eventually did. However Gordon Brown was having none of it. The UK along with the Dutch, demanded that Iceland pay back all the monies owed with interest or they would be thrown out the IMF.
Gordon Brown froze any Icelandic money in UK banks and used anti-terrorism laws to do so. This prompted the Iceland’s prime minister Geir Haarde to call it “a completely unfriendly act”and was disgusted that a supposedly friendly nation was calling their country terrorists.
More than 25% of the Icelandic population (over 80,000 people) signed an online petition called “Icelanders are not terrorists”. The UK responded by cancelling its scheduled patrol of the Icelandic airspace in December 2008.
As Iceland has no standing army of its own it relies on other NATO nations to take turns in protecting it. The UK pulled out of this agreement leaving Iceland vulnerable to attack.
Iceland basically stuck two fingers up at these threats, kicked their whole government out when they seemed to bend over to the demands and took matters into their own hands by voting in a coalition government led by the Social Democratic Alliance and the Left-Green Movement.
They even won a court case in the court of the European Free trade Area, when the UK and Holland took Iceland to court over the failure to payback depositors in the failed banks. The court ruled on the 29th January 2013 in favour of the Icelandic banks and saved the country from having to pay back billions to foreign savers.
The EFTA court dismissed an application by the EFTA surveillance authority, which claimed that Iceland had failed to comply with an obligation to ensure compensation of a minimum €20,000 to Icesave depositors in the UK and Netherlands. Over €6.7 billion was owed to UK and Dutch investors and whilst the UK paid back the investors out of their own tax payers money, they then demanded that Iceland was to pay back the money to them.
However logic and reason won the day and when Iceland’s President’s Olafur Grimsson refused to sign an amended law on repayment he forced a national referendum on the issue and 94% of Icelanders rejected the move to payback the cash.
The judges have sided with Iceland in the matter and it was plainly obvious that the rates of interest were unsustainable and a payback to foreign depositors was unfeasible. The Iceland banks are actually paying back some of the money by selling off assets so that people won’t lose out – it is just the unrealistic rates of interest that won’t be given back to savers.
At the time the crisis resulted in massive migration from Iceland yet Iceland’s economy stabilized under the government of Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir, and GDP actually grew by 1.6% in 2012. However many Icelanders remained unhappy with the state of the economy and government austerity policies. In 2013 they voted back in the same people who were in power during the crisis, the centre-right Independence Party but in coalition with the Progressive Party.
Relative to the size of its economy, Iceland’s systemic banking collapse was the largest suffered by any country in history. The amount of money owed by the 3 Icelandic banks taken into national ownership was equal to more than 11 times Icelandic GDP.
They also threw a load of banksters into prison – can you see a trend here? These people included:
Baldur Guðlaugsson, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, who was sentenced to two years probation by the District Court of Reykjavík for insider trading.
Aron Karlsson was sentenced to 2 years in prison by the District Court of Reykjavík for defrauding Arion Bank in real estate dealings.
Lárus Welding, CEO of Glitnir, and Guðmundur Hjaltason, Managing Director of Corporate Banking of Glitnir, were sentenced to 9 months in prison by the District Court of Reykjavík for a major breach of trust.
Friðfinnur Ragnar Sigurðsson, Glitnir employee, was sentenced to 1 year in prison by the District Court of Reykjanes for insider trading.
Styrmi Þór Bragason, President of MP Bank, was sentenced to 1 year in prison by the Supreme Court for breach of trust.
The other thing to note is that whilst Ireland and Greece are now suffering like hell due to their Governments subservience to the banksters and their German EU masters Iceland is recovering well.
Instead of loading future generations up to the eyeballs with huge debt, and suffering serve austerity like many European countries Iceland is well on the way to recovery.
They have had one of the fastest economic recoveries on record. They stuck to their guns and told the banksters to fuck off. This is a lesson others should follow.

Not only do the Icelandic people do things their way, but they are the leaders in the world for press freedom and Internet freedom.
Everywhere I went, whether it was the airport, the bus from the airport, the hotel, pubs, clubs or restaurants, all had free WI-FI. No logons just Internet access wherever I went, it was great.
No wonder many companies who don’t want hassle from the NSA/GCHQ nexus of spy bitches base their servers there. It’s just a shame we are sucking data straight from cables and main routers and until other countries build their own Internet infrastructure the axis of spying will continue to do so.
It is also not coincidence that the owner of Lavabit, who closed his business rather than succumb to threats to spy on his customers, was told by his lawyers that Iceland was one place he could move to and setup his business to escape NSA spying and Security Letters.

The fact that anti-terrorism laws were used and abused by Gordon Brown shows that their true intention was nothing to do with terror but more to do with control over people.
Gordon Brown was only following in the foot steps of Tony Blair, the war mongerer who took us into 4 wars, destroyed many civil liberties and did more to destroy the picture of Labour as the “peoples party” than any other Prime Minister in recent years.
However whilst the UK is languishing in debt, the Greeks are begging on the streets and the Irish are cutting back services and trying to find ways to pay back their own banking debts the Icelandic people are doing just fine.
If you don’t mind the cold, enjoy beautiful women and scenery then Iceland is one place to definitely consider going. Not only is everyone friendly but they all speak English and everyone I met was a good laugh. The fact that booze is so expensive yet the Icelandic people knock it back in gallons from 10pm to 6 am most nights must indicate that people are being paid enough to have a good time.
So whilst I had to apologise for my Governments behaviour constantly, I also let the Icelandic people know we also hated the LabourGovernment just as much as they do.
The fact that we are still suffering under many of Labours big brother laws, and that the farcical Protection of Freedoms Bill which promised so much when a Lib Dem idea yet turned into a “freedom from wheelclamping” bill just goes to show that none of our current political parties can be trusted when it comes to protecting our civil liberties and hard-won rights.
So just remember the next time the Daily Mail or Sun attacks the EU Human Rights Act or our PM threatens to pull out of it. We invented the thing in the first place after the 2nd world war. On top of that these rights protect you and me as well as the tiny minority of Jihadists the papers like to trot out as examples of the bill’s failure. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater is the appropriate saying!
We don’t have a written Bill of Rights like the American’s (not that it seems to be doing much to help them anymore) so we must take what we can.
Until we get our own Bill of Rights and proper protection of free speech, without journalists boyfriends being detained at airports for revealing the massive spying our Government does on us, we should be happy for anyone who sticks up for our liberty.
The Icelandic people saw us as friends. When Gordon Brown froze their money it made it hard for them to import goods and prices shot up in their country. His act did more to harm them than the banking crisis in the first place.
The fact that a court sided with them just shows that he was in the wrong and they were right to ignore his demands.
Well done Iceland.

I had to get taxis as standing around in minus 10C waiting for a bus that will most likely drive past you isn’t much fun. However I am glad I did. Not only was every single taxi driver able to speak perfect English but they are on the ball when it comes to politics, international relations and how the world really works.
