In the UK we are now living in George Orwell’s prophetic 1984.
This was the futuristic tale written by the author in 1949 by George Orwell after the 2nd world war.
In the book, he imagined a world constantly at war, enemies to the North, South, East and West, millions of people working for the state apparatus, and a million people dying daily fighting on the front line.
The “Ministry of Truth” where old news stories were carefully amended to show an altered vision of history as alliances change and battles won. Oh and of course the thousands of spies and traitors who had to be weeded out by Big Brother and his double agents.
The book does remind me strongly of the present day.
Alliances swap and change so often, people you were told were eating babies yesterday and fighting tooth and nail against you are now your allies, standing shoulder to shoulder fighting alongside you on the front line against what are probably tomorrow’s allies.
Propaganda is news to be believed as it comes straight from the word of the Great Leader or the State in our case.

Don’t use the default Text or Phone app you get on your phone. All these calls and messages will be saved at Vodafone HQ for a year or more in case the cops come calling. Just deleting them off your phone does nothing as they are still on your phone providers servers.
Install Telegram , Viber or if you must Wickr . A BT Sim only plan will get you on the internet in most place so you can video call Japan – encrypted – all without using up your minutes. Same goes for texts. Telegram / Wickr allow you to delete your texts after X days/weeks/months with a self destruct option that if you don’t use your app within X days or so it will delete the whole account.
So if your phone goes “missing” you can be safe knowing as they are dictionary cracking your passwordsock them out after 3 failed goes and attempting patterns that will l your texts will get deleted.
Also BT uses DCHP which means everytime I go on the web I get a new IP address this pisses me off no end as I need to add it into my firewall to SFTP or stop myself being blocked out my own site.
However it also means it makes it a lot harder over historical period to see what you were up to when they cannot trace the IP address to you especially when you went through a number of proxies.

So just use masking tape over your phones camera or webcam if you are not planning on using it and the same goes for your microphone.

Mexico used to be just a transit point from South America but is now a top level narco state where the Government, Police and Army are indistinguishable from the head chopping cartel members.
It does seem odd how some Mexican and Columbian cartel heads get extradited to the US to spend the rest of their lives in shackles in maximum security prisons whereas others get a chance to spend their time in their homeland where even maximum security jails can be broken out of easily. I am reminded of the Netflix series Narcos where even Pablo Escobar got to design and build his own prison until he got tired of the parties and prostitutes and went on the run.
So either El Chapo is protected by the CIA/DEA for informing on other cartels or he has far too much information to spill that would embarrass the USA and Mexican authorities. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up in a Sicario film ending sometime soon.
A top Mexican newspaper, El Universal, concluded that the DEA entered into agreements going back to 2000 and continuing through to 2012 with Mexico’s largest drug trafficking gang, the Sinaloa Cartel. Yes the one that expert prison breaker El Chapo is head of. I wonder if the DEA helped him escape or just intervened to prevent his extradition to the US where escape would have been impossible?
According to Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla, a highly placed member of the Sinaloa cartel and the son of top Sinaloa leader Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, the deal involved the cartel providing information about rival Mexican drug gangs to the DEA in exchange for the U.S. government agreeing not to interfere with Sinaloa shipments into the United States and the dismissal of criminal charges against cartel participants. This seems to fit the hypothesis about letting El Chapo remain in Mexico where he could escape from any prison he wanted to. It seems very likely therefore that he is indeed involved with the DEA and other US agencies in some way or another.
So when your government tells you to “Just Say No”, just remember that they “Just Say Yes”, to all the money they can make from bringing in Heroin from Afghanistan on NATO planes and Cocaine from South America. When “ex” CIA planes are found in the jungle with tons of of coke on board then you have to wonder whether they were really decommissioned and sold to drug dealers or just kept on as black op planes all along.

This plane was a Florida based Gulfstream II jet aircraft that crash landed on September 24, 2007 after it ran out of fuel over Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. It had 3.7 tons of Cocaine on board and documents have revealed links between this Cocaine Smuggling Gulfstream II jet aircraft # N987SA and the CIA, who used it on at least 3 rendition flights from Europe and the USA, to bring inmates to Guantanamo’s torture chambers in the early 2000’s.
Strangely the planes drug cargo shrunk from a first reported 6 Tons of Cocaine as well as one ton of pure Heroin to a later reduced figure of only 3.3 tons of Cocaine. I wonder where all this missing Coke and Smack went?

If anything we went to war to keep it going as the Taliban had managed to reduce it to almost zero. Then we went into the country and BOOM, the harvest size increased year by year.
Not only do 92% of the countries population not even know what 9.11 was – surprising seeing it was the event that caused the devastation of their country – but since the CIA took the Taliban out of power the Opium crop has just grown and grown.
As you can see from the graph in 2001 when the Taliban ruled the country they actually banned the production of Opium as un-Islamic and its harvest dropped to hardly anything. Also after 9.11 and the invasion of the country the opium production spiked once again and has increased year after year thereon.
Remember this was the drug that the CIA had increased production of, during the 80’s, when Russian had invaded the country. The aim was to both demoralise the Soviet troops as well as pay for the training and arming of what was to become al-Qaeda, the then called Mujahideen.
Because the US wanted to supply the Mujahideen rebels in Afghanistan with stinger missiles and other military hardware it needed the full cooperation of Pakistan. By the mid-1980s, the CIA operation in Islamabad was one of the largest US intelligence stations in the World. `If BCCI is such an embarrassment to the US that forthright investigations are not being pursued it has a lot to do with the blind eye the US turned to the heroin trafficking in Pakistan’, said a US intelligence officer. (“The Dirtiest Bank of All,” Time, July 29, 1991, p. 22.)
The Pakistan-Afghanistan borderlands became the world’s top heroin producer, supplying 60 per cent of U.S. demand. In Pakistan, the heroin-addict population went from near zero in 1979 to 1.2 million by 1985, a much steeper rise than in any other nation.
CIA assets again controlled this heroin trade. As the Mujahideen guerrillas seized territory inside Afghanistan, they ordered peasants to plant opium as a revolutionary tax. Across the border in Pakistan, Afghan leaders and local syndicates under the protection of Pakistan Intelligence operated hundreds of heroin laboratories. During this decade of wide-open drug-dealing, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency in Islamabad failed to instigate major seizures or arrests.
Another side effect of the CIA’s support of the Islamic Mujahideen to fight the USSR was that they created al-Qaeda. Here is ex UK foreign minister Robin Cook admitting that the USA and the CIA created al-Qaeda (or “the Database”) of jihadists that the Americans used to fight the Russians during that war, and then afterwards as many claim, were used to de-stabilise areas that the US wanted to control (e.g Gladio 2). Also lest anyone forget, the most gagged woman in US history, FBI agent, Sibel Edmonds, claimed after 9-11 that bin-Laden had maintained very close links with the CIA right up until the attacks in the US.
So not only does Afghanistan now produce over 92% of all opium in the world, but they no longer just export it to be turned into heroin in other countries, they now make the heroin inside their borders. It is then transported north to Russia, south to Pakistan and west to Iran, where it makes its way to Turkey and then Europe. That is if it isn’t fast tracked on a NATO plane for special delivery.
So kids when your government tells you to “Just Say No” to drugs, just be aware that they are in fact controlling multiple countries production of the very drugs you consume.
On top of that they are pulling the strings of the major cartels and king pins who bring these drugs into your country.

I have been saying for ages now on this site and social media how odd it is that DAESH or ISIL/ISIS has not been concerned with Israel but more with Christians and other Muslims.
Unlike other terrorist groups who blame their hatred on the west for our support of the Zionist and increasingly racist state of Israel, not much has come out of the mouths of DAESH.
This is the most well funded, best armed and manned terrorist army ever known to man and they are right on Israel’s border in Syria.
Yet Israel seems more concerned with kids throwing stones at Israeli tanks before killing them in Gaza and the West Bank than this well armed terrorist monster. Why?

What is unsurprising to me but may shock others is that Mossad has apparently infiltrated DAESH at the highest places, even pretending to be Inmans and then ordering terrorist attacks that benefit the Jewish state.

This is based around the fact that more Jews than Muslims (probably all known Mossad agents in the country), were arrested in the days after 9.11. They were kept for a long time and then deported. Why? What questions were they asked and why were they arrested in the first place? Who got them released and why were they held so long? All questions I would love to know the answers to.
A truck driven by a Mossad linked company with the same type of bolt cutters that the terrorists apparently used on the hijacked planes was found in New York by Police who thought they were about to carry out another terrorist attack and the Mossad agents who were arrested filming the attacks across the river and admitted on Israeli TV that they were sent to “document the event”.

It seems as if the Israeli PM is more concerned about a non factual threat from Iran, whilst sitting on a whole pile of nuclear weapons that could destroy the Middle East himself, than the threat of ISIS on his door. Why?
Why would the Israelis who were so concerned about al-Qaeda not feel the threat of ISIS on their borders and concentrate instead on Iranian bomb making.
Here we have 3 Islamic States all being treated differently because of what they CAN do for their allies, and who they are allied to, rather than their actual potential threat to the outside world.
If we had to order the three by the amount of death and evil they have done to the world then Saudi Arabia, Israel’s ally against Iran and funder of terrorism around the world including 9.11 would surely sit at the top and Iran at the bottom.
The Saudi’s practise a form of 18th century Wahhabist Islam that the European Parliament in 2013 labelled as the main source of global terrorism.
This brutal form of anti Shi’ite Islamic brutality has even led to attacks on American citizens on their homeland. In fact entire sections of the 9.11 commission report was blacked out keeping Saudi Arabia’s name from their findings.
“The Saudis deny any role in 9/11, but the CIA in one memo reportedly found “incontrovertible evidence” that Saudi government officials — not just wealthy Saudi hardliners, but high-level diplomats and intelligence officers employed by the kingdom — helped the hijackers both financially and logistically. The intelligence files cited in the report directly implicate the Saudi embassy in Washington and consulate in Los Angeles in the attacks, making 9/11 not just an act of terrorism, but an act of war.”
“The findings, if confirmed, would back up open-source reporting showing the hijackers had, at a minimum, ties to several Saudi officials and agents while they were preparing for their attacks inside the United States. In fact, they got help from Saudi VIPs from coast to coast.“
This can only be down to the close relationship between ex Saudi US ambassador, Prince Bandar and the Bush clan that prevented the natural course of a post 9.11 war on the real attackers, Saudi Arabia and their white washing from the attacks.
According to the official conspiracy theory, 15 of the hijackers were Saudi, with Saudi financing and Saudi help according to the leaked sections from the 28 full pages of the 800 page 9/11 commission report that were classified due to George W Bush’s say so.
Where 7,200 words once stood in the 9/11 commission report there are now just dots where a huge section related to the involvement of Saudi Arabia in the attacks were laid out.

So why didn’t we see Saudi Arabia burned to a crisp rather than two unrelated countries that seemed to only further US and Israeli geopolitical goals?
Could it be the Bandar-Bush close ties or as some say “terrorist network”, that kept Saudi Arabia’s name from the report, despite their deep involvement in the killing of thousands of American citizens.
I keep being reminded of ex Mossad agent, Victor Ostrovsky in his book “By Way of Deception”, named after the Mossad Motto, when he repeats what he was told was the future of Saddam Hussein in the Middle East.
“After the bombing of Libya, our friend Qadhafi is sure to stay out of the picture for some time. Iraq and Saddam Hussein are the next target. We’re starting now to build him up as the big villain. It will take some time, but in the end, there’s no doubt it’ll work.”
“But isn’t Saddam regarded as moderate toward us, allied with Jordan, the big enemy of Iran and Syria?”

In the following weeks, more and more discoveries were made regarding the big gun and other elements of the Saddam war machine. The Mossad had all but saturated the intelligence field with information regarding the evil intentions of Saddam the Terrible, banking on the fact that before long, he’d have enough rope to hang himself. The Mossad leaders knew that if they could make Saddam appear bad enough and a threat to the Gulf oil supply, of which he’d been the protector up to that point, then the United States and its allies would not let him get away with anything, but would take measures that would all but eliminate his army and his weapons potential, especially if they were led to believe that this might just be their last chance before he went nuclear.
It seems as if the Israeli’s are up to their old tricks again regarding Syria and Iran using proxies such as ISIS to do their fighting for them plus of course the axis of war, the US/UK, who think they can win wars by bombing from planes.
In reality many people think this war from the air is an excuse to supply ISIS with weapons to keep the war going. Numerous papers have reported on this.
We can’t have the war on terror ending too soon can we! Not when the militarisation of our police forces at home isn’t yet complete and we still have a few liberties left.
Remember this war on terror was because we had to fight these evil terrorists who hated our freedoms.
Doesn’t anyone think it strange we have lost more freedoms in the years since this war started than in any time before. Even when the IRA was at war with us for 30+ years we didn’t give up our liberties at home.
It was only with the installation of MI5 mole Tony Blair in the Labour party, who brought it so far into the centre ground that there was hardly any difference between it and the Tories, that we started handing our freedoms over on a plate and misusing them, such as Gordon Brown using anti-terrorism laws to freeze Icelandic money in UK banks after their financial crash.
I think the only left-wing party left with any MP’s in the UK parliament is the Green Party who has one! All the rest are pro-war, pro-austerity, pro-US foreign policy and pro-globalist.
So whilst Saudi Arabia is allied with Israel due their common hatred of Iran, the ISIS terrorists that Iran are actually doing the main fighting against along with the Kurds are being built up as the next big bogey man we should attack.
A repeat of Mossads built up of Saddam Hussein as the big bogey man so that their “big brother” could beat it up in the school playground years before.
If ISIS don’t attack Israel with all their weapons, money from oil sales to western companies, supplies from the US/UK and a supposedly rabid fundamentalist approach to Islam then something is very strange!

It doesn’t go as far as naming real names lke the head of the Israeli Mossad Operation teams or how Mossad were following some of the hijackers around for up to a year before the attack, However it does open the door far enough for people to be intrigued enough to want to investigate more.
Most people know all about the parts discussed in the video but for others this is a good starting place.
Why ?
Well it’s all about one man’s story from how he went from an average America husband and father who believed the Governments line on the 9/11 attacks. To someone who nearly lost his marriage, friends and had everyone thinking he was going loopy for speaking out about the glaring inconsistencies in the 9.11 story.
Lies being told to the American people to get them to fight wars in foreign lands.
He talks about the fast falling of buildings, the super fast clean up, the ejected steel poles embedded in other buildings, the samples of dust consisting of a substance called nano-termite a substance only produced in in top US military laboratories to the amount of people who had pre-knowledge of the attacks and especially WTC-7.
Here was a building not hit by a place that collapsed looking like a perfect controlled demolition in almost free fall time, with no resistance from from all the floors to slow the collapse down.
He talks about how vans were turning up at 3am every morning after the janitors of WTC had left and then left again before they returned. What were these people doing? Has anyone asked and found an answer?
He also discusses how all the companies running the security of the WTC buildings, and even airports that the hijackers used were owned by Bush family members,.
Also why i it so many of the he families of the dead victims from the attack want a fresh investigation and so much more.
What makes this video different from the others you might have seen about 9./1 is how it’s about one mans journey from an air of nonchalance about 9.11 and belief in the official story until he saw one bit of video footage that changed his whole perspective. Just the single thought about why George W Bush carried on reading to school kids when the country was under attack made him wonder why.
Any other President who had just been told there were multiple hijacked planes in the sky would have been taken out from the building to a secure location ASAP.
Who would have known whether the hijackers knew the location of the Presidents whereabouts that day?
Why did the Secret Service feel so safe remaining in the school and more worried about scaring the children than getting the Present to protective custody in time of “war”.
He then saw more videos, read more articles, and went down the “rabbit hole” until it almost broke his marriage apart by his obsession with the 9/11 conspiracy.
Therefore he first started making this video for his wife and family to explain to them WHY he was so obsessed with the 9.11 attacks.
It worked, they watched it and changed their minds. His marriage and family were saved. Therefore he recently put this up on YouTube for others to see and I suggest that you do spend the time to watch it, especially if you still believe the official report of what happened on 9.11.
So for someone new to 9/11 and the discussions about all the various topics, about who did it, why they did it, and who had something to gain from starting what is now becoming a 3rd World War between the West and Iskan ot os a great starter vodep to read. 9/11 – Anatomy of a Great Deception – Complete Version
This was a man who worked as a code breaker for the British Intelligence Services. A man who had signed the official secrets act and who would have been a target for any other agency if they knew what he was working on.
An inquest into his death had concluded that his death was a case of unlawful killing (or in other words a murder where the suspect isn’t known or being tried at the time of the inquest). A 3rd parties DNA was found at the scene, and the body was locked naked inside a sports bag in which the padlock locking it didn’t have any of the victims fingerprints on it. A strange case indeed.
However now the police has conducted another inquiry into the death and concluded that it was a case of an “accident”.
Nothing to see here, just move along sheeple.
Nothing suspicious about a dead MI6 spy, found dead in a bag he didn’t lock.
Yes it was just a case of him slipping, falling into the bag, it being zipped up and locked by itself. All totally logical and reasonable conclusions to find with this weird case of death by misadventure.
Lets just re-cap from the BBC’s own website last year after the body of MI6 code breaker, Gareth Williams, was found locked, naked in a locked sports bag at his home.
Specks of unexplained DNA were found on the holdall containing the curled-up body of MI6 spy Gareth Williams, his inquest has heard.
Det Ch Insp Jackie Sebire said “two minor components of another contributor’s DNA” were found on the zip toggle and padlock.
She said it was her opinion “that a third-party had been involved”.
Questions asked in the earlier article, and some of my own, about the death and the inquiry which concluded that Gareth Williams death was an unlawfull killing include:
-Why did Gareth Williams have a newspaper cutting about people’s regrets when they were dying?
-Were the £20,000 of women’s clothing and shoes for his own use, part of a fashion collection or gifts for friends? And how significant are the DNA traces found on the padlock and zip of the holdall his body was found in?
-Why it took until 23 August for police to be informed that he might be missing?
-Gareth was also due to attend a work meeting and meet someone at his flat seven days earlier but the man who was likened to a “Swiss watch” never showed up. Why did no-one contact the police then? Was this not suspicious in itself?
-Whose DNA was it that was found on the bag?
-Was he working on top secret codes at MI6, codes which might have been a target for a foreign nation or spy agency?
-Was he being blackmailed by someone or involved in handing over top secret information in return for “secrets” not being revealed?
-How easy is it to lock yourself into a sports bag and then lock it from the outside?
-If you did die from lack of oxygen from locking yourself in a bag would your face be happy and calm as it is claimed he looked? Or would it look as if you had been struggling for air, gasping for a last breath, fingerprints all over the inside of the bag as he realised what he had done and desperately tried to get out?
Det Ch Insp Sebire, who had been leading the investigation gave the opinion that: “My thought or my opinion since I went into the scene is that a third-party had been involved in the death or by putting the body in the bag.”
The fact the DNA had been found meant there remained “future work that needs to be done,” she said.
The inquiry that found the death unlawful also considered whether it was possible to lock yourself into a bag and die calmly as it’s now claimed. At the time the findings were:
Pathologists said he would have suffocated within three minutes if he had been alive when he got inside it.
None of his DNA was found on the lock attached to the bag and his palm prints were not found on the rim of the bath.
Coroner Fiona Wilcox concluded that “most of the fundamental questions in relation to how Gareth died remain unanswered”.
But she said he was, “on the balance of probabilities”, unlawfully killed.
Therefore probability states that his death was the cause of something else. Maybe a poison that disappears from the blood or is not identifiable in the body? It would certainly not surprise me if another spy agency like the FSB or Mossad had used such an agent. They are always coming up with new and exciting ways to kill their enemies such as polonium-210.
However after this new inquiry we are still left with no answers and the police seem to have forgotten about all these intriguing questions.
It seems they have tied the suspicious death up into a nice little neat bow so that it can be tucked away and ignored by anyone who might think a dead man locked, bulging outwards, in a bag locked from the outside might find it odd or suspicious.
The family are certainly not content with the findings of the new inquiry.
In a statement, they said: “We are naturally disappointed that it is still not possible to state with certainty how Gareth died and the fact that the circumstances of his death are still unknown adds to our grief.
“We consider that on the basis of the facts at present known, the coroner’s verdict accurately reflects the circumstances of Gareth’s death.”
From the same BBC news website that reported that the death of the spy likely involved other people.
Last year, a coroner said it was likely Mr Williams, 31, from Anglesey, had been unlawfully killed in August 2010.
But the Metropolitan Police said an evidence review had found “it was more probable” no other person was present when he died in his London flat.
Mr Williams’s family said they stood by the coroner’s findings.
In a statement, they said: “We are naturally disappointed that it is still not possible to state with certainty how Gareth died and the fact that the circumstances of his death are still unknown adds to our grief.
“We consider that on the basis of the facts at present known, the coroner’s verdict accurately reflects the circumstances of Gareth’s death.”
It seems that even the police themselves are’nt happy with the conclusions they have now drawn on the death. Yet they are still standing by them.
Has the UK Government or MI6 pressured them to come to this conclusion?
It wouldn’t be out of the realms of possibility at least not if we are using the benchmark of this case to compare it with!
From the outcome today. Deputy Assistant Commissioner Martin Hewitt has said:
He was satisfied it was “theoretically possible” Mr Williams could have padlocked the bag from the inside, although “many questions remain unanswered” as to the circumstances of his death.
yet, there was no evidence that the MI6 officer had intended to take his own life or that his death was connected to his work.
And he insisted it was “beyond credibility” that he had been misled.
“I do not believe that I have had the wool pulled over my eyes. I believe that what we are dealing with is a tragic unexplained death,” he said.
There were about 10 to 15 traces of DNA in the flat from which it had not been possible to gain full DNA profiles, but all other DNA profiles and fingerprints had been eliminated, said DAC Hewitt.
So even though the policeman leading the investigation doesn’t believe Gareth Williams meant to take his own life and that there were 10 to 15 traces of other people’s DNA in the flat that could not be matched, he still believes the spy just calmly locked himself in a bag, locked it without touching the lock, and just died peacefully without struggling as the last molecules of air were sucked into his lungs.
Yes, a very believable story.
One the parents of the victim don’t agree with and one I find hard to comprehend without knowing that the police are just tools of the state and would lie to the end of the world if told to. They certainly have tried that method with their pathetic stitch up attempt on former Government Minister Andrew Mitchell.
The police have now closed their investigation into this spy’s death – probably on the orders of higher-ups. Yet they gave this intriguing statement which suggest that even they are not satisfied with their own findings.
DAC Hewitt, acknowledged that the coroner, having studied “all the evidence available at that stage” had made “the logical inference that it was more likely someone else was involved in Gareth’s death”.
“However, she also recognised that there has been endless speculation but little real evidence and it was her view [that] ‘it is unlikely that his death will ever be satisfactorily explained’,” he said.
“Now at the end of our investigation, based on the evidence, or where we have been unable to find positive evidence, we believe that it is a more probable conclusion that there was no other person present when Gareth died.
“But the reality is that for both hypotheses, there exist evidential contradictions and gaps in our understanding.”
Yeah very convincing!
I only hope that the parents of this dead spy get some proper answers from a real police force sometime soon because we are sure being fed bullshit by the truck load at the moment!

Whether you decide to follow every single one of my tips for staying secure on the Internet in my guide “Internet Censorship and surfing anonymously”, it seems we are basically screwed if we expect to stay under any sort of national security radar anymore. If anyone thought that a global Stasi government couldn’t exist in this day and age recent revelations have shown that to be a foolish notion indeed.
I can only think that living in a wood shack, deep in the forest, without any sort of telecommunications and speaking to your friends mouth to ear is the only way not to get caught in the huge fishing expedition being carried out by the US/UK axis of spying at the moment.
They are not doing anything illegal though. No of course not, it’s all in our best interests that they hover up every single bit of data that is produced. It’s to stop that nasty rag-tag bag of 12th century cave dwelling terrorists that they need all this high-tech snooping equipment. That and to stop the Chinese stealing “OUR” business and government secrets.
Yes they have perfectly legitimate reasons to be implementing all these back and front doors into the most widely used web applications in the world. It’s only to stop al-Qaeda terrorists swapping bombing targets by paper that they are breaking the most sophisticated encryption methods ever known with super computers the size of cities under Utah.
Never would I expect our honest upstanding governments to mis-use or hand over any “interesting” data gathered “by accident” to law enforcement agencies or “favoured” government companies. No we should never believe our governments would scoop that low, except that they do it all the time and it’s been proven over and over again.
Not only are legal cases being “back fitted” to hide the original source of the incriminating evidence that started the ball rolling in the first place, i.e hacked or captured data. But this is data that is totally taken illegally under the US constitution. One which reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed is supposed to exist first before a warrant to take such data can be issued. Of course the constitution and any form of human rights is an antiquated concept in this modern world.
So please don’t tell me that you have “nothing to hide” and “nothing to worry about”, that’s bullshit. Everybody has secrets. No-body lives perfect lives, not even Jesus claimed that.
If you want nerds at GCHQ playing in their pants over photos your wife had sent to you under the expectation that no-one ele would be able to see them then you’re a better man than most.
Yes most people probably don’t care about the daily mundane lives of many but we all know how offices work and I doubt the NSA or GCHQ workforce is any different from most.
I can just see the NSA office when someone comes across a funny picture or two from an “accidental” data haul. Like most offices who laugh at funny crap it’s probably shared amongst the workers with much glee just like the youtube video or funny email is at your own office. The only difference is that these videos and emails or texts are real people’s not “made for the internet” fun.
“Why bother going to all the hassle in creating back doors, asking companies for encryption keys and ISP’s to keep log files for years when instead they can just use their massive front companies Google and Microsoft to just buy up the technology and install front doors instead.”

Now with all the revelations from Glenn Greenwald and Edward Snowden we know the reason why Microsoft bought Skype.
For the past decade at least the NSA and their partner GCHQ have been busy building backdoors into the encryption systems that keep the Internet safe for people to bank, shop and talk over.
With recent revelations that even the most secure encryption systems have been broken and that the big four computer companies, that include Microsoft, have been working close in hand with the government, it is perfectly clear why an NSA front company like Microsoft would buy Skype.
I was basically right all along and those silly people who criticised me on Reddit and the other sites who like to link to my articles must feel stupid now when even Microsoft comes out and admits it.
• Microsoft helped the NSA to circumvent its encryption to address concerns that the agency would be unable to intercept web chats on the new Outlook.com portal;
• The agency already had pre-encryption stage access to email on Outlook.com, including Hotmail;
• The company worked with the FBI this year to allow the NSA easier access via Prism to its cloud storage service SkyDrive, which now has more than 250 million users worldwide;
• Microsoft also worked with the FBI’s Data Intercept Unit to “understand” potential issues with a feature in Outlook.com that allows users to create email aliases;
• Skype, which was bought by Microsoft in October 2011, worked with intelligence agencies last year to allow Prism to collect video of conversations as well as audio;
• Material collected through Prism is routinely shared with the FBI and CIA, with one NSA document describing the program as a “team sport”
“When we upgrade or update products we aren’t absolved from the need to comply with existing or future lawful demands,” Microsoft said in a statement.
So there we have it. My “conspiracy theory”, that I just wanted to throw out onto the web at 5am to see if it caught on was basically right all along. I just wonder how many other gadgets and phones you have on you right now are just basic surveillance devices for the authorities to use at will?
It seems that 2013 has been the year that the Empire finally threw away any semblance of liberty and free speech and decided to go for broke in its attack on all those who dare speak truth to power. They sure have been cranking the screws on anyone who speaks out against them in the last few months.
Plus our new anti terrorism acts (2000 and 2006) have been used to detain arrestees for up to 28 days without charge, restricted the right to protest and limited free speech in many areas all whilst giving our police new powers to stop and search people they think “could be” terrorists. These groups mainly consist of people who take photographs of policemen or London landmarks, or it seems the partners of journalists breaking stories on illegal surveillance by the state.
It seems the UK’s implementation of anti terrorism laws has been used more to chill dissent and increase the polices power to abuse due process rather than to attack true terrorists. How hypocritical it is that we attack whistleblowers and journalists whilst fund and support al-Nusra Front jihadists and al-Qaeda linked LIFG rebels in our game of chess in the Middle East.
It shames me to be a Brit when we suck up to the USA in this way.
It seems we are so desperate for American money to keep the cogs running in our GCHQ super computers that we will bend over backwards anyway possible to help the US attack their own “domestic extremists”. We will do anything from detaining and robbing the partners of reporters who break stories on massive NSA surveillance or manning a 24 siege of the building in which another whistleblower who wants to claim asylum is hiding out.
I wouldn’t be surprised if I woke up tomorrow and heard on the news that David Cameron had authorised a drone strike on the Ecuadorian embassy and killed Julian Assange.
Again the Terrorism Act from 2000 was used to detain Glenn Greenwalds partner, a dubious use of the law at the very least and one which Glenn promises revenge on the UK government. I don’t doubt he has many more secrets about the cosy affair between GCHQ and the NSA to reveal but he surely must be worried about the climate which now surrounds any journalist willing to go head to head with the beast.
Would the USA stoop to such levels as to actually dispatch with pesky journalists who reveal state secrets from whistleblowers?
Some people already believe this has been the case for years.
Recently we had the mysterious death of Michael Hastings who died in a mysterious car crash after going on the run due to fears he had about a story he was working on. Apparently top US Army officials told the Rolling Stone journalist that he would be hunted down and killed over his story that lead to General McChrystal’s downfall and he was apparently working on a massive story concerning the CIA. This was all before he warned friends he had to go off the radar due to worries about his safety and then surprisingly his car exploded in an unusual accident.
With recent revelations that DARPA or anyone else with the skills can hack into computers on board cars nowadays it doesn’t seem so far-fetched to believe he was taken out by some agency annoyed with his work. With computers controlling everything from dishwashers to cars and with NSA/GCHQ super computers able to pinpoint phones and GPS co-ordinates in real-time it wouldn’t take a genius in this day and age with the right software to do some damage with a few keystrokes.
Got a webcam on your PC? Well just hope it’s just your friends watching your pretty face from afar and not an NSA nerd or even your local school!
Gary Webb was the reporter who had famously broke the story about the CIA running guns to the Contra’s and drugs back to the states. It was the CIA’s coke that started the Los Angeles crack wars in the 80’s and made a certain CIA owned drug dealer Ricky “Freeway Ricky” Ross very rich. It was his story that led to the black community and the NAACP trying to get congressional hearings held into the allegations.
The Colombian drug dealers convicted of the crime believed they working for a certain Oliver North and the fingerprints that led to the Iran Contra scandal and Mena drug operation that link nearly everyone in the Bush family to Bill Clinton were all over the hit.
So it wouldn’t be a total shock after the history of covert assassinations to hear on the news one day that Glenn Greenwald had been found dead along with his partner David. Probably after a heated argument overhead by an anonymous caller to the police. The official story would be that Glenn was found dead, supposedly having committed suicide after first killing his partner. Of course he would have shot himself three or four times in the head just to make sure of course.
Therefore if I was Glenn I would be slightly wary about waging all out war on the US/US axis of war. Of course he is well within his rights to do so and I wish he brings the whole house down if he possibly can, however it is clear he has been marked by the powers that be.
It seems a sad state of affairs when you cannot be considered a real journalist unless you are running in fear from the Government and their partners across the globe. Is it really a choice between breaking a really major story such as the CIA drug smuggling, NSA spying, or US war crimes and then ending up dead, looking for asylum or locked up in a military prison for years?
All the while talking heads get paid millions just to parrot official stories and take the Governments word on everything. It must be hard to look in the mirror when you call yourself a journalist but don’t dare put your head above the parapet. “Everything’s ok, just keep shopping”, they say as the world burns and the constitution continues to be shredded piece by piece.
What a choice it has become. To be paid millions for toeing the line and having no moral fibre at all, or dare speak truth to power and risk two in the head or a life on the run.
America caught funding al-Qaeda, from day 1 to now, the history of deceit

Most people who haven’t had their heads up their asses for the last decade have realised that something wasn’t quite right concerning our supposed “mortal enemy” al-Qaeda.
For those citizens soaked in mainstream propaganda and believers of everything the government says, al-Qaeda is the new Soviet Union.
They are North Korea and Iran combined with the possibility of a dirty nuke or two thrown into the mix.
They were the architects of 9.11 and the reason we have been at war for the past decade.
They are the reason some people are willing to give their lives fighting for “freedom” in Afghanistan or Iraq.
However for those people who know some history they have never been too far away from our intelligence agencies control. As Robin Cook the ex UK Home Secretary informed us after the London bombings in an article he wrote for the Guardian. Al-Qaeda are nothing more than a creation of the CIA.
“Bin Laden was, though, a product of a monumental miscalculation by western security agencies. Throughout the 80s he was armed by the CIA and funded by the Saudis to wage jihad against the Russian occupation of Afghanistan. al-Qaeda, literally “the database”, was originally the computer file of the thousands of mujahideen who were recruited and trained with help from the CIA to defeat the Russians. ” – Robin Cook, The Guardian, 2005
Created as a pawn by Zbigniew Brzezinski to play on his Grand Chessboard. Al-Qaeda, or as they were known back then, the Mujahideen, were a group of CIA funded Islamic “freedom fighters” who were fighting the USA’s proxy war against the USSR during the 80’s. Designed to draw the Soviet Union into their very own Vietnam and sap the strength and morale from the conscript army, the clash of civilisations was never meant to be the west versus Islam but the atheist communists fighting the huge swathes of Islamic people contained within their old borders.
The Afghan war certainly did as the USA wanted and a decade was spent funding what we know now as al-Qaeda. Osama bin-Laden and other Islamic fighters were trained, funded and even praised by the USA back then as heroes and revolutionaries as they took out Soviet helicopters with American ground to air missiles and used the opium harvests to get the Soviet conscripts addicted and de-moralised whilst spending the profits on their war.
Ronald Reagan meets the Mujahideen / al-Qaeda rebels at the White House
The “Islamic Jihad” (or holy war against the Soviets) became an integral part of the CIA’s intelligence ploy. It was supported by the United States and Saudi Arabia, with a significant part of the funding generated from the Golden Crescent drug trade:
“In March 1985, President Reagan signed National Security Decision Directive 166 … [which] authorize[d] stepped-up covert military aid to the Mujahideen, and it made clear that the secret Afghan war had a new goal: to defeat Soviet troops in Afghanistan through covert action and encourage a Soviet withdrawal. The new covert U.S. assistance began with a dramatic increase in arms supplies — a steady rise to 65,000 tons annually by 1987 … as well as a “ceaseless stream” of CIA and Pentagon specialists who travelled to the secret headquarters of Pakistan’s ISI on the main road near Rawalpindi, Pakistan. There, the CIA specialists met with Pakistani intelligence officers to help plan operations for the Afghan rebels.” – Steve Coll, The Washington Post, July 19, 1992.
What is less known by many is that these close links between al-Qaeda and the west continued far after the end of the Afghan / Soviet war. The Mujahideen were recruited by the CIA from a large number of Muslim countries including jihadists from the Soviet Muslim republics.
Among these recruits was the leader of the Chechnya rebellion Shamil Basayev who in the immediate fall of the USSR led Chechnya’s first secessionist war against Russia. Shamil Basayev had links to US intelligence from the late 1980s. He was involved in the 1991 coup d’Etat which led to the break-up of the Soviet Union and was subsequently involved in Chechnya’s unilateral declaration of independence from the Russian Federation in November 1991.
During his training in Afghanistan, Shamil Basayev linked up with Saudi born veteran Mujahideen Commander “Al Khattab” who had fought as a volunteer in Afghanistan. Barely a few months after Basayev’s return to Grozny, Khattab was invited (early 1995) to set up an army base in Chechnya for the training of Mujahideen fighters. According to the BBC, Khattab’s posting to Chechnya had been “arranged through the Saudi-Arabian based [International] Islamic Relief Organisation, a militant religious organisation, funded by mosques and rich individuals which channeled funds into Chechnya”. – BBC, 29 September 1999.
Therefore it is no lie to suggest that the CIA and the west created and supported what was later known as al-Qaeda. In fact bin-Laden and his group were actually a very small organisation and when the time came to paint them as a bogey man it was apt that the CIA’s own book of jihadists would be the name for the new bogeyman under the bed.
The UK, as attested to by ex MI5 agent David Shayler, funded an al-Qaeda offshoot called the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) to assassinate Col. Gaddafi during the 90’s. His whistleblowing led to his imprisonment for breaking the official secrets act and the case rocked the front pages of the UK press for quite a time.
As reported by major UK papers the plot involved:
“..contacts between MI6 and a group of Middle Eastern plotters who tried unsuccessfully to blow up Gadaffi’s motorcade. The report, coded CX95/ 53452, was passed to senior Foreign Office officials. It revealed when and where the assassination attempt was due and said that at least 250 British-made weapons were distributed among the plotters. The four-page CX document was published on the California-based Yahoo! website. In fact we were so concerned about the dangers of the LIFG, al-Qaeda and bin-Laden that we even ignored an Interpol arrest warrant that was issued by Libya for bin-Laden and even helped linked terrorists evade capture by granting them political asylum.
“British intelligence paid large sums of money to an al-Qaeda cell in Libya in a doomed attempt to assassinate Colonel Gadaffi in 1996 and thwarted early attempts to bring Osama bin Laden to justice…. two French intelligence experts ……reveal that the first Interpol arrest warrant for bin Laden was issued by Libya in March 1998. According to journalist Guillaume Dasquié and Jean-Charles Brisard, an adviser to French President Jacques Chirac, British and US intelligence agencies buried the fact that the arrest warrant had come from Libya ……. Five months after the warrant was issued, al-Qaeda killed more than 200 people in the truck bombings of US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania…. The Libyan al-Qaeda cell included Anas al-Liby, who remains on the US government’s most wanted list with a reward of $25 million for his capture. He is wanted for his involvement in the African embassy bombings. Al-Liby was with bin Laden in Sudan before the al-Qaeda leader returned to Afghanistan in 1996. Astonishingly, despite suspicions that he was a high-level al-Qaeda operative, al-Liby was given political asylum in Britain and lived in Manchester until May of 2000” – The Observer, 2002.
Then there was the Kosovan war in the Balkans in which we decided to support the Islamic separatists against their Serbian government and fought alongside the al-Qaeda linked KLA. The Washington Times reported on reports from Janes Defence Review that:
“..the town of Tropoje, Albania was a”common staging area” for Bin Laden’s and the KLA’s forces, and thus “a center for Islamic terrorists.” US intelligence also acknowledged that Bin Ladin’s al-Qaeda had “both trained and financially supported” the Albanians, and that the Kosovo border had been infiltrated by Bosnian, Chechen and Afghan mujahedeen, in “…crossings (which) originated in neighboring Albania and, according to the reports, included parties of up to 50 men.” – Washington Times, 4th May 1999.
Lenard Cohen a professor of political science at Simon Fraser University stated that:
“The arrival in the Balkans of the so-called Afghan Arabs, who are from various Middle Eastern states and linked to al-Qaeda, began in 1992 soon after the war in Bosnia.”
Mujahedeen Fighters, who had fought in Afghanistan against the Soviet occupation in the 1980s later “migrated to Bosnia hoping to assist their Islamic brethren in a struggle against Serbian [and for a time] Croatian forces.”
Slobodan Milosevic actually tried to present this evidence at his trial in the Hague for war crimes and logically it seems strange that the western NATO forces were fighting alongside known terrorists against a Christian country. commenting on Milosevic’s evidence, James Bissett, an expert on Balkans affairs and a former Canadian ambassador to Yugoslavia stated that:
“Milosevic is right. There is no question of their participation in conflicts in the Balkans. It is very well documented.”
“Many members of the Kosovo Liberation Army were sent for training in terrorist camps in Afghanistan,”
So it was well-known that during the 90’s when al-Qaeda was starting to be pushed by the media as a worldwide terrorist organisation that we still had close links to this dangerous force. Were our western intelligence agencies actually in control of this terrorist group or were we only in control of key assets within al-Qaeda like bin-Laden who enabled us to pull their strings?
I don’t know but even after 9.11 when the world was up in arms at the group for supposedly attacking the USA in the most sophisticated terrorist attack known in history evidence emerged to show that we were still closely linked to the group.
Even worse it suggested we were even linked to the terrorists who had carried out the attacks! Were we funding them? Were they double-crossing us or did we allow them to carry out the attack to fulfil the aims prophesied in the Project for the New American Century document – Rebuilding America’s Defences.
Sibel Edmonds, an ex FBI translator, was gagged and prevented from telling the world what she knew. She has offered to break her silence on US mainstream news but oddly no news channel has taken her up on this offer. However we do know from her comments that she claims:
“With those groups, we had operations in Central Asia,” said former Turkish language translator Sibel Edmonds on Friday speaking on the radio program, the Mike Malloy Show. Sibel said the US maintained ‘intimate relations’ with bin Laden, and the Taliban, “all the way until that day of September 11.”
These ‘intimate relations’ included using bin Laden for ‘operations’ in Central Asia, including Xinjiang, China. These ‘operations’ involved using al-Qaida and the Taliban in the same manner “as we did during the Afghan and Soviet conflict,” that is, fighting ‘enemies’ via proxies. – Sibel Edmonds, Times of India, Aug 3rd 2009.
So the American government doesn’t want the close ties between the US government and al-Qaeda to be known otherwise they wouldn’t have gagged Sibel Edmonds. Also we know from investigations carried out after 9.11 that the Israeli government was closely following the 9.11 terrorists around the USA, even living doors away from them at times. If this is true then why didn’t they tell the USA, and if they did then did someone ignore their warning? Was this deliberate?
Even the staunch right wing, nationalistic and pro-war FOX News carried out a 4 part investigation into these Israeli spy rings. An investigation which was soon taken down from their website due to pressure by pro-Israeli pressure groups. You can read the full investigation on my site but key parts include:
“Since Sept. 11, more than 60 Israelis have been arrested or detained, either under the new patriot anti-terrorism law, or for immigration violations. A handful of active Israeli military were among those detained, according to investigators, who say some of the detainees also failed polygraph questions when asked about alleged surveillance activities against and in the United States.”
“Fox News has learned that one group of Israelis, spotted in North Carolina recently, is suspected of keeping an apartment in California to spy on a group of Arabs who the United States is also investigating for links to terrorism. Numerous classified documents obtained by Fox News indicate that even prior to Sept. 11, as many as 140 other Israelis had been detained or arrested in a secretive and sprawling investigation into suspected espionage by Israelis in the United States.” – Carl Cameron investigated Israeli Spy Rings in the USA.
A German newspaper Die Zeit also reported on the Israeli spy ring that was following a number of the 9.11 hijackers around the USA. They also claim that the Mossad spy ring informed the USA about the terrorists and the planned attacks but that the warnings were ignored.
“According to a report of the French intelligence agency that Die Zeit examined, “according to the FBI, Arab terrorists and suspected terror cells lived in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as in Miami and Hollywood, Florida from December 2000 to April 2001 in direct proximity to the Israeli spy cells.”
“According to the report, the Mossad agents were interested in the leader of the terrorists, Mohammed Atta and his key accomplice, Marwan al-Shehi. Both lived in Hamburg before they settled in Hollywood, Florida in order to plan the attacks. A Mossad team was also operating in the same town. The leader, Hanan Serfati, had rented several dwellings. “One of Serfati’s apartments was located on the corner of 701st St. and 21st Ave. [sic] in Hollywood, right near the apartment of Atta and al-Shehi.”, French intelligence reported later. Everything indicates that the terrorists were constantly observed by the Israelis. The chief Israeli agent was staying right near the post office where the terrorists had a mailbox. The Mossad also had its sights on Atta’s accomplice Khalid al-Midhar, with whom the CIA was also familiar, but allowed to run free. The Mossad apparently warned their American counterparts several times about the terrorists, especially about al-Midhar. The American government later admitted that they had received such warnings prior to September 11.” – Die Zeit, October 14th 2002
So not only did the Americans and Israeli’s know about the 9.11 hijackers whereabouts but they were being closely monitored. One only has to read up on the ABLE Danger program to realise how much foreknowledge the US government had about the terror plot which makes one wonder with all this information why it wasn’t stopped before hand.
The 9.11 attacks relied on so much co-incidence and luck that I call it the biggest co-incidence theory in world history.
Not only were the hijackers lucky to take over four planes with rudimentary weapons but they managed to get on the flights even though many were known to the authorities. They also managed to expertly fly these huge planes perfectly into their targets, even supposedly managing to break known laws of physics by getting a Boeing 757 to fly 400mph a few feet from the ground without crashing first into the first floor of the Pentagon.
They also were so lucky that previously whenever a weak nose of a plane has hit a re-inforced concrete wall the plane has crumbled into dust and the wall remained. However on this day not only did they manage to make a plane punch through 3 re-enforced concrete walls at the Pentagon but they managed to carry out expert manoeuvres that even expert pilots claim couldn’t be made.
That’s not even mentioning the fact that they were lucky enough to carry out their attacks on a day that NORAD was carrying out pretend hijacking exercises which confused air traffic control and prevented planes being flown to stop the hijacked planes. Not only that but they were lucky enough to cause 3 high towered sky scrapers to explode into dust by only hitting two of their targets.
Therefore the hijackers were very, very lucky that they managed to have everything go their way on 9.11!
So it seems the west has been in close links with al-Qaeda all the way up to 9.11, but what about after? Haven’t we been fighting them in Afghanistan and Iraq for the past 10 years?
Well supposedly, but a news story by Tony Capaccio from Bloomberg News refers to a report to Congress by the Special Inspector for Afghan Reconstruction John Sopko. This report revealed that Sopko asked the US Army Suspension and Disbarment office to cancel 43 contracts to known Al Qaeda and Taliban supporters. They refused. The reason? The Suspension and Disbarment Office claims it would violate Al Qaeda and Taliban “due process rights.”
It seems President Obama is ignoring the law – again – and has decided to fund al-Qaeda linked rebels such as the al-Nusra Front who are busy cutting people’s heads off, stoning woman and massacring whole villages.
(Reuters) – President Barack Obama has signed a secret order authorizing U.S. support for rebels seeking to depose Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his government, sources familiar with the matter said.
Obama’s order, approved earlier this year and known as an intelligence “finding,” broadly permits the CIA and other U.S. agencies to provide support that could help the rebels oust Assad. – Reuters 2012
These rebels are of a similar ilk to those we supported in the other throw of Col. Gaddafi. These rebels are still in control of large quantities of NATO supplied weapons paid for by western tax payers. The leaders of the mish mash of rebel groups in control of Libya now are busy fighting each other, locking up and executing people with dark skin and implementing Sharia law where they can. We really helped to modernise Libya with that bold move and it’s not as if they are even that grateful.
We have had British World War cemeteries destroyed by Islamic fundamentalists and the US ambassador Chris Stevens was murdered in an attack by jihadists not long back.

Even the rebels at the time admitted they were being supported by al-Qaeda and had no problem with their brand of extremism
The Daily Telegraph ran a recent story in which an interview with the leader of the rebel army we are supporting in Libya‘s civil war admitted that he had recruited al-Qaeda fighters and called them not terrorists but good Muslims.
Mr al-Hasidi insisted his fighters “are patriots and good Muslims, not terrorists,” but added that the “members of al-Qaeda are also good Muslims and are fighting against the invader”.
Al-Qaeda’s own leaders even released statements in support of the rebels and also called for the other throw of Gaddafi who they felt was an obstacle to their ideal Islamic Caliphate.
It seems after Libya the rebels have flocked to Syria and whilst we debate arming these jihadists they are busy killing Christians, eating lungs and hearts on film and beheading everyone they can get their hands on.
And this isn’t the only massacre carried out by the anti-Assad forces we are so keen to back at any cost.
Earlier this year another massacre was filmed and showed Rebel Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters capture a policeman who the FSA allege is a “Shabiha” or pro-regime militiaman, on July 31, 2012, as the rebels overran a police station in Aleppo.
The footage shows several bloodied men stripped down to their underwear being forced to kneel by a wall amidst a throng of excited, machine gun-touting men.
Once their captors open fire, the camera jerks away as the crowd momentarily disperses, seemingly unprepared for the nearly 40 seconds of uninterrupted shooting that follows. As the gunfire dies down, shouts of “Allahu Akbar!” resound as the once skittish onlookers victoriously raise their guns in the air, approaching what appears to be a pile of stripped-down corpses.
One of the victims has been identified as Ali Zein Al-Abidin Al-barri; the rebels accused him and his family of killing 15 FSA soldiers during a truce in Aleppo.
The rebels are certainly not afraid of using terrorism as a tactic in Syria. Not only have they massacred whole villages but they are not afraid of using huge Iraqi style car bombs to kill as many innocent people as possible.
Earlier this year the Free Syrian Army (supposedly moderate when compared to al-Nusra Front) admitted carrying out a car bombing attack in Damascus which killed the president’s defence minister, brother-in-law and the head of his crisis team whilst meeting at the national security headquarters.
“The president’s defence minister, brother-in-law and head of his crisis team were at a meeting at national security headquarters in Damascus…”
“The rebel Free Syrian Army (FSA) and a jihadist group calling itself Lord of the Martyrs Brigade both said they were behind the security headquarters bombing.”
“Security sources say the suspected bomber worked as a bodyguard for members of President Bashar al-Assad’s inner circle.”
As I have written on many occasions since we started our latest round of wars in the Middle East it seems very strange that we declare al-Qaeda to be our mortal enemy and spill our own soldiers blood and guts fighting them in certain parts of the world yet fund and arm them in countries we want to other throw such as Libya and Syria.
Not only are we basically supporting our own enemy because of “realpolitik” but it seems we have no moral line in the sand at all.
How can we declare al-Qaeda to be such an evil, all-powerful terrorist group, one in which we must lay down our civil liberties by the bucket load to defeat on one hand and yet support them and their offshoots on the other because they are fighting another one of our enemies?
It really does seem that the saying, the enemy of my enemy is my friend in this case and history shows that al-Qaeda is a lot more than just our enemy. In fact from the very beginning it seems they were created as our own group of Jihadists to be let off the leash whenever we want to de-stabilise an area or cause panic at home.
Want to implement a new liberty destroying law such as the PATRIOT ACT or the NDAA, then let’s get one of our patsies to get on a plane with a bomb in his pants. Oh he’s on a no-fly list, don’t worry we will just usher him through passport control and give him entry to the USA so that we can arrest him in a blaze of glory and scare everyone witless during Christmas.
It is very clear our political leaders have the moral backbone of jellyfish and their duplicity is beyond comprehension.
It should also be noted that the use of Chemical weapons was the “red line” Obama was willing to engage in the Syrian conflict if crossed. The problem seems to be that the line was crossed by our own side not President Assad.
So lets all be clear here as I summarise the points.
al-Qaeda was created by the CIA to fight the USSR in Afghanistan.
After the war we used al-Qaeda to fight the Russians in Chechnya and the Serbs in Kosovo.
British intelligence not only harboured al-Qaeda linked terrorists but funded them to carry out illegal assasination plots in Libya.
The first Interpol warrant issued for bin-Laden was ignored by western intelligence and bin-Laden was allowed to escape.
A well placed whistleblower, ex FBI agent Sibel Edmonds, claims the USA had intimate ties with al-Qaeda and bin-Laden right up to 9.11. Apparently they were used to fight proxy wars and to destabilise areas which the US had an interest in.
Even the 9.11 hijackers were monitored by Mossad spies, the US was warned about their plans, ABLE Danger had identified them but for some reason no action was taken.
9.11 was then used to justify the war on terror which has led to over a decade of war, the massive loss of liberties at home and the rise of the surveillance state. All under the auspices of protecting us from terrorism.
The risk of death from terrorism is minimal. You are 11,000 times more likely to die from a plane crash than you are from a terrorist attack.
Even though we are supposedly fighting al-Qaeda in Afghanistan we are at the same time funding the Taliban through re-construction programs.
We have recently armed and fought alongside al-Qaeda linked rebels to other throw Col. Gaddafi in Libya. Libya is now in a mess and run by Sharia law imposing rebels. Before our intervention Libya was one of the richest, healthiest and educated populations in Africa.
We are now funding and arming Syrian rebels that are linked to al-Qaeda. These rebels have been taped on numerous occasions beheading people, eating the lungs and hearts of victims, executing captured soldiers and massacring whole villages.
Even though President Assad is a dictator during his reign he has modernised the country and Christians and Muslims lived side by side in peace. Now the Islamic fundamentalists are killing Christians, using chemical weapons and imposing Sharia law.
Just like in Libya these terrorists are not likely to hand back any guns, rocket launchers and other weapons we provide them. It is more likely they will be used against Europeans and Americans in terrorist attacks.
It is also likely that any further terrorist attacks will be used to impose more draconian police state laws and Internet surveillance.

How funny is it that Edward Snowden has released information that shows the outcries of European nations to be false, hypocritical and superficial at the very least.
It has been known for over a decade that the main western nations including the US, UK, Canada, Australia and to a lesser extent Germany and other Euro nations were engaged in massive data collection through the ECHELON system.
I remember reading about it back when I had just left school. Trying all the online tests to “prove” that emails were being re-routed by keyword analysis.
I remember one such test involved sending two emails. The first with known flagged keywords such as bomb or AK47 and then another without. The first email was supposed to arrive in your other inbox after the second one due to it having been re-routed and checked by the ECHELON system. Checking timestamps on spoofed emails mentioning bombs and guns was a fun way to spend an afternoon at school.
Anyone who knows about ECHELON knows that the idea was that countries would spy on each other and then share the data to bypass laws preventing the countries snooping on their own citizens. However that all seems to have changed since 9.11. Now they just hoover up the data and our politicians claim it’s for our own safety and that “sufficient oversight” exists to prevent mis-use of the technology.
Yes and I believe everything our Home or Foreign Secretary says….
Apparently in this free for all, data grabbing world, real sim cities are being built by the NSA/GCHQ nexus. It seems they are trying to replicate a whole world on their super computers so that they can monitor our behaviour and spot when someone acts outside their “natural boundaries”. This could be shopping at a different store than usual, driving a new route to work or speaking to different people on or offline.
All our data is combined, merged and analysed. The lines between private and state data monitoring no longer exist.
Those Tesco points you have been earning are most likely filling up just one section of your own virtual profile at GCHQ – don’t dare to go on a diet suddenly, they might think you are acting “strangely” and upgrade your monitoring status a few grades!
As attested to by cryptome.org in a recent article they are literally creating computer models where each human being is a “node” to be measured and monitored.
By combining all the various pieces of private, public and stolen data from the cables that take all the telecom communications under the Atlantic from the UK to the USA, the NSA &GCHQ can literally virtualise our lives and then run models to predict what would happen in certain scenarios.
What would be the normal behaviour of society if the water or electricity was cut off for 3 days?
Who would be likely to riot or take to the Internet and demand changes?
What groups of people are more likely to complain about their situation when taxes are increased than others?
What quantity of benefits and state handouts does it take to produce a dumbed down nation of uninquisitive fools?
What about a terrorist attack or police shooting?
Will the neighbourhood you live in be compliant and lock the doors as they did in Boston or would a single shooting of a known drug dealer in LONDON cause massive riots around the country?
It is getting to the stage that your actions can be accurately predicted and any variation from the norm is automatically noticed, flagged and probably checked for signs of malcontent.
Just as they know I have time to write a couple of articles for this blog a week, drive a certain way to work, shop at local stores and like the odd flutter on the horses they would know the same about you without having to do too much data analysis. Give me enough data points and a big enough database and I could probably write a half decent programme to do the same.
I can only imagine the tools available to the GCHQ coders.
Plus it doesn’t really help our cause when we are so keen to hand over our data to known intelligence agency linked companies such as Microsoft or Google. Got a Facebook page? Comments and quotes all logged and flagged. Mentioned anything about the government lately? Maybe you are already halfway towards getting your name onto a watch-list. Visited anyone in Pakistan lately? Your probably on at least a few already!
When Google analyses your email contents and search terms to show “appropriate” advertising just think what the NSA and GCHQ are analysing with their super computers. They don’t want to show you adverts, that’s for sure.
So whilst some of us have known about ECHELON for decades, to some the revelations coming from Snowden are a shock. However what we actually know is guaranteed to be only the tip of a humongous iceberg, the tip of which is scary enough, but we probably can’t even comprehend what is below the water line!
I am just waiting for the first properly real virtual world computer games.
Ones which people will flock to, thinking they can escape the drudgery of work and the meaningless lives they have.
Terrorists will probably meet up in virtual worlds just to chat, thinking they will escape real world monitoring.
It is only a matter of time until a true “Second Life” is produced.
One in which people can touch, taste and pretend they are something when their real life is nothing.
It might sound like fun, even idealistic.
The problem is, that when that day comes, you can safely assume that the NSA/GCHQ nexus will already have virtual informants to monitor your virtual life.
